This company stands by their word. I had a bit of a problem when a bag I ordered was actually a very dark navy instead of black, as it said in the description. It was in great condition, so I removed the tag and then when I saw it in daylight I noticed it was really blue! I messaged them right away and they took care of everything. I shipped it back they refunded my money and 3 weeks later they got in a beautiful black bag and I was able to purchase it. A happy ending because of their great customer service and fairness.

Awful customer service and bag quantity
I purchased a Louis Vuitton and the description stated it was in pristine quality. In less than 4 months the bag deteriorated. When I contacted customer service I was told, they wouldn't do anything and that the bags issues were my fault. They included a web address for a bag restoration company. I could not get someone to answer their customer service phone number. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING FROM THIS COMPANY.
I would love to attach their response email for potential buyers to see.
