We are returning customers ,having been very happy with quality of previous blinds.All staff were friendly and helpful and purchase and fitting was very easy.The blinds are not cheap but the quality and fitting is very good and the work is guaranteed.

The whole process went very smoothly from the measuring of the blinds, their very prompt arrival and the excellent fitting of them. I have used Baileys before and would not hesitate to use them again. 10 out of 10.

Only downside I had to fit slats myself but apart from that great service

The staff were very friendly and professional. The man that came to measure and quote was helpful and gave advice and was very knowledgeable. The fitter was polite, friendly and demonstrated how to operate the blinds once fitted and made sure I was happy with them before he left. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

Came out to measure and had a brochure for me to choose from. Chose my blinds and waited four weeks. A pleasant chap came and fitted them. Love my new Roman Blinds. No fuss and service with a smile.
