I paid extra for 2man delivery to room of choice, unpack & clear away packaging.
Instead I got home to a large box delivered & left by one man.
Having no choice I unpacked the box.
The mattress under compression suddenly burst into life and knocked me over. Lucky the Stanley knife that I was holding missed my jugular.
Got a chat box “ how did we do from deliverers”. Unimpressed. Wasted my money.
Slept well though!
Thinking of purchasing another new single
mattress for spare room. May be in touch.

I'm a Landlord so I have no experience of the product itself however I found the service and delivery very good. For me it was important that the mattresses were delivered on time and the old ones taken away. I found the company very easy to deal with when I had to change some requests. I paid extra for a premium delivery service and it was worth the money.

We are very pleased with the Eze hybrid ultra mattress. It took a little while to adjust, as we had a foam mattress for many years. Now it is very comfortable and my sore hip has definitely improved with this new mattress. Thank you.
