My parcel (Order #35351) was left in my…
My parcel (Order #35351) was left in my garden at the back door with no note or notification, even though it could have been placed at the front door porch.
I only discovered it later and all the meat inside was spoiled and smelling, with the gel packs fully melted.
Customer service asked for photos to process a refund, but after sending them they are now refusing compensation.
Unacceptable handling of perishable food deliveries.

AMAZING customer service
DHL falsely claimed they couldn’t access my address even though I live in a house with no front gate I guess the driver wanted an early night on Saturday
As I was home and tracking the order (fresh meat)
I emailed Bakkali customer service they helped me and offered a FREE FRESH DELIVERY even though it cost over £100 ! yes please!
Wow what a customer service 5 starts
I’ll definitely be ordering from there again
They didn’t even ask me to leave a review
