I won’t be ordering from my jam anymore nor suggesting to friends.
Terrible service
My order was worth 70 pounds, for 20 food items.
10 items were wrong brand of vegetables which also arrived unfrozen which means unsafe to eat!
2 cans smashed
1 bag of orzo opened and scattered all over the package, which was a different brand.
I raised a complaint, which they never responded to, while they say that response time is within 24 hours but may take longer in busier times; more than 5 days now with no response at all!!
They ruined my iftar menu to my friends!!
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
If only there is a zero star!!
If there is as a zero star i would have given them, three times in a row have i ordered from them and everytime they accept the full order take the full amount for it and send only half of the order and take a long time to even partially refund the items they failed to deliver! Lastly this week an order of £260 that they sent an email to say was delivered in full and after complaining and sending them the list of details of none included items which were for £151 they apologized and refunded me partially only for £114 ( still to get my refund after they have had the amount for more than a week, as if it’s for them to make interest off consumers!) no one answers emails or picks up whatsapp and no phone numbervto even complain on!! It is a major scam will never use them again after this horrible experience.

One of the worst shops
I would strongly advise against purchasing from this retailer. I placed an order and received an email confirming dispatch. However, several items did not arrive and the full order amount was charged. I attempted to request a refund but received no response. The company claims to have all items but in reality they charge money without delivering them. I strongly recommend against buying from this company.

Placed order on 06/01/2026 that still has not been delivered. I have contacted MyJam via both Whatsapp and email without success. I have ordered from them several times in the past without a problem, but the lack of communication and customer service this time is horrendous.
After writing the previous review, I was contacted by customer service to be informed that my order had not been sent due to a number of products not in stock.
I eventually got delivery of SOME of the products in my order, and despite several emails (and a promise of resolution), I am still waiting on a refund for the products not received.
Of course, once again, there is no longer any communication or update.
I will never order again from this website and I will discourage any of my friends to do so too!

Disappointed
I’m giving them one star on communication. I’ve placed an order and I received parts of it but the dates have not arrived. It’s the second time I’ve experienced this. Potentially because we’re not regulars, we don’t receive the same customer service.

Their customer service members Nour and Mariam keep saying the same thing which is:
"As soon as I receive confirmation, I will get back to you right away with a clear status and next steps.
Thank you so much for your patience, and once again I sincerely apologise for the frustration this has caused. Please feel free to reach out if you need anything else in the meantime, I’m here to help."
This does not help me, as it's now been 1 month, and still no resolution. I still don't have my order, and I keep needing to chase them rather than the compamy have any courtesy or care to contact the customer. It's not very great customer service experience with the company at all. ☹️ I've even asked for a refund as there's been no update on my order, and have received no response from the company. Incredibly appalling behaviour. Please avoid, don't even have faith in trusting the few good reviews on here, because you'll just be out of pocket from misplaced faith.

Worst delivery experience..they changed the company to DHL and the window of the delivery was 11 am to 8:00 pm and the order came 9:30 pm! Boxes were torn, food was out of it…not properly packed …the frozen food were defrosted

Terrible delivery and customer service
Terrible delivery, always late or missing and don't get me started on customer service, it takes two to three weeks for them to respond to you and take actions and correct the missing items or the lack of delivery issues or the food that arrived spoiled cause it took one week to deliver, and another 3-4 weeks for the refund. gave them more than one chance but it safe to say I won't be using them again. I would recommend avoiding them for any meat/chicken or things that can go bad (I rarely give negative review but they certainly deserved that one)

I've ordered from this company twice before and had a good experience. This time - abysmal. No communication with the company its like my money went into a black hole. Ive tried emailing and whatsapp and calling to no avail. No order no update. Order 88689. If the order is late id just appreciate some communication. Tbh at this rate id rather have my money back and go elsewhere. Regretting not doing that to begin with. What has happened????
