We operate UK wide and are geared up to service the large developments as well as the single-family self-build or renovation. We pride ourselves in top quality products and service and believe that we must maintain both at a very high quality to keep leading the market in our field. Balconette has a proprietary and unique self-cleaning coating that is available on all the products, the coating trademarked BalcoNano® is Eco friendly and reduces cleaning cycles by as much as 90%. It is also available for retro use by customers in specially designed sachets. Our factory, offices and showroom are located in our own premises near Gatwick airport. Our showroom is easily accessible being on the main A22, just 5 miles south of J6 of the M25. Customer parking available and is free. We are open every weekday from 9am to 6pm and on Saturdays by prior arrangement.

Buying a Balustrade
The balustrade was very well engineered. It was fairly easy to put together. The instruction were well written. The only issue I had was when ordering the fixing kit. It was not made clear that there were various options to choose from, so I received the kit for fixing to concrete rather than wood. After discussions with the company,which were very productive,I believe they will be addressing this issue. Overall I found dealing with Balconette a very easy process. They go through each stage of design, from creating the CAD drawings from my measurements to producing the finished article. Would recommend them with no hesitation.

Disappointed and disinterested
We have been looking for a balustrade system for a few months now and we specifically went to meet this company at the Grand Design show and found them unhelpful disinterested and on the edge of arrogant. We were given no confidence in the product and left feeling as if they didn’t want us to buy from them.

Very good system
The process of design, quotation and delivery was very efficient. We’re delighted with our glass ballustrade, it came exactly as was ordered. We had one slight hiccup caused by the courier which JP quickly gave us a solution for. I was also extremely pleased with the hybrid system, it went together very easily, with clear drawings and instructions plus support from the Balconette website. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ballconette.

We bought a Juliette balcony from…
We bought a Juliette balcony from Balconette in 2015 - but fast forward 10 years we had a glass panel explode. Jean- Philippe was able to retrieve the original order, identify the actual parts that needed replacing and send across an assortment of videos and PDFs showing the installation process. Great way of keeping the labour costs down whilst getting the exact installation we needed. Thank you!

Another excellent balcony system…
Another excellent balcony system supplied by Balconette. My company always go to Balconette for juliet balconies and glass balustrades, so why wouldn't I use them for my own house. The sales and design team were very helpful on what was not the most straight forward project. And when a couple of pieces were found to be cut wrong, JP was extremely professional and helpful. The replacement parts arrived within a week and fitted perfectly. My wife and I are extremely happy and both look forward to recommending Balconette to our friends.

Church Gresley Methodist Church
Firstly, I think, they have shown great patience. My church and I began exploring ideas before we had the money and before we knew what we really wanted. What we knew was that we had to replace the existing balustrading if we were going to have a crush of mums and toddlers on the premises. As we got into the process, we were helped all the way. Now we have full satisfaction and yes it was two grandads (aged 82 and 76) who put the balustrading up!

Excellent Service
Through the whole process Balconette provided excellent support. I had a few issues with measuring but these were resolved quickly and very professionally. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Balconette again in the future.

We do understand the frustration when a glass breaks.
With respect to any glass breakage once it has arrived and is on site, it is important to understand that toughened glass, like any other glass, can break. We are not in a position to know how this occurred.
Toughened glass is extremely strong, but when it breaks it shatters into small pieces. However during handling the edges and corners need to be carefully handled. Once installed properly in the system on glass packers and silicone the panels are very safe and strong.
99% of all breakages are caused by something that was done to the glass. We are not in a position to judge or know what was done on site. Tens of thousand of metres of glass we supply are installed each year without issue. We cannot monitor what happens on sites. Glass breakage is not a common occurrence but does occur, even with experienced installation teams.
We do not issue replacement glass free of charge for breakages, we do offer a discounted rate for replacement glass.
We also do offer glass insurance as part of our "Premium package" order offering should a customer choose. (https://www.balconette.co.uk/general/premium-package-option)

Today I received some parts supplied free of charge for my ballastrade . I have an existing installation that I needed to service. The support I have had has been absolutely first class, nothing seems too much trouble and Jean-Philippe has gone above and beyond to help me. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company for its excellent products but even more impressive their ongoing support
