We operate UK wide and are geared up to service the large developments as well as the single-family self-build or renovation. We pride ourselves in top quality products and service and believe that we must maintain both at a very high quality to keep leading the market in our field. Balconette has a proprietary and unique self-cleaning coating that is available on all the products, the coating trademarked BalcoNano® is Eco friendly and reduces cleaning cycles by as much as 90%. It is also available for retro use by customers in specially designed sachets. Our factory, offices and showroom are located in our own premises near Gatwick airport. Our showroom is easily accessible being on the main A22, just 5 miles south of J6 of the M25. Customer parking available and is free. We are open every weekday from 9am to 6pm and on Saturdays by prior arrangement.

A very good looking frameless design , at a very good price and both units were easily installed.
Delivery to our IV postcode did not prove to be a problem.

Very helpful customer service
Very helpful customer service on the phones through the design and purchase process. Delivery went smoothly and quality of product seems high. Easy to install as a DIY'er so overall very pleased with my purchase.

Frameless (fast track) balcony purchase
We ordered a frameless 1860mm (fast track) Juliet balcony. Ordered early on 28th May, had a call to arrange delivery on the same day as ordering and it arrived as planned on 4th June.
The balcony was very well packaged and arrived undamaged via Palletways, although the consignment number wasn't a full tracking number so we couldn't track the delivery on the day.
Installation was straightforward as we had scaffold steps up to the window, but beware the glass is very heavy. We needed three people each with a glass sucker to haul it up to the first floor.
We are really happy with the finished result and even received a courtesy call about 30mins after we finished installing to check everything was in order with our purchase. Our neighbours had bought from Balconette last summer and recommended them.
The price was 60% less than a made to measure frameless balcony from a local installer (although that quote included survey & installation).

foul up was sent to the wrong address 200 miles away and they got ours
Told it had been undone so when it finally got back it was not attached properly and very nearly spilled onto the path.
Paid a lot of money for their delivery.
Suggested they ought to have taken it back for inspection and repackaging/ replacement before but they let the customer do their work for them
Shoddy outfit even said I'd get a partial refund which I'm still waiting for

Indeed, your delivery was routed to the wrong address, and we apologised for this. It was subsequently routed correctly, and you have received it safely.
Everyone here at Balconette works hard to get everything right, and we really do care. 98% of deliveries are successful, occasionally there are issues. This was an error which caused a delay in arrival, but all goods have arrived safely, and we hope you enjoy your 2 lovely Glass Juliet Balconies.

it takes weeks to get anything done even a reply to an email !! after making payment !! Wouldnt use if you need a quick efficient turn around as you won’t get this with this company

Nice product but poor service
I like the product, it looks very smart and I have now used it in two areas of our garden. On first occasion, the handrail needed altering as it had been incorrectly built. Second occasion (2 years later), yet again the handrail had been incorrectly assembled. A schoolboy error with what appears to be no quality inspection to catch errors. Had to arrange for a replacement and collection of faulty one. Some staff members did not listen to what my requirements were whilst others were very helpful in rectifying mistakes.

Last week I requested a quote for glass panelling for my decking for Garden Room. days later I get email but not giving price but asking me to call. I could have done that to start with!. So Data harvesting, no price and 3 emails in two days hounding for contact. Have now blocked their emails and won't dream of using them. I am so glad I didn't give my phone number only my email. Wish I had done due diligence and checked reviews on TP before even giving data to them Dodged a bullet here I think. Phew.

Style Over Substance
Company more focussed on winning the order than completing it. Very attentive up until the point that they have your money and once that happens you're left to deal with an ongoing tide of incompetence and ineptitude. Very rarely speak to the same person twice and nearly everyone you speak to seems to be as confused about what's going on as the next. That said they are laser focussed on the small print and just exactly what they will and won't take responsibility for, which is not a great deal. A business that is most definitely a triumph in style over substance. The cracks in their ability to operate well and truly glossed over with sales blurb.

Poor glass protection
So far not very impressed ordered a 3.2M wide frameless glass balcony, just under £2000, it arrived in a pallet with no protective film over the glass, so back has been completely exposed and is covered in gunk, may well be scratched but wont know until its up and cleaned. Ordered balaconano cleaner/seal which also arrived 5 days late. They have also place a British standards sticker isnide the glass so however you mount the balcony you get so see a nice white sticker, cannot be reomved as its been put between the two layers of glass. Could easily have been put on a side edge and would have been invisible when mounted but instead placed in the visible area. Contacted Balconnette and got a yes that's very bad but no offer to do anything.
