Great Service and Fast Resolution
We received great service from this company. Two small nuts were missing from our order — they were quickly sent to us without any hassle. One of the tables also had a misaligned hole, causing it to stand unevenly. After contacting customer service, they promptly sent us a replacement table. Communication was pleasant and friendly throughout. Highly recommended!

I bought 3 flowerboxes and i am really…
I bought 3 flowerboxes and i am really happy with them. The look is super nice and also the delivery to Germany was super fast. One box was a bit damaged, I guess through shipping. I wrote this to the customer service and got immediately an answer and a discount on the damaged box. So i‘m really satisfied with the order and the service :)

Les meubles et jardinières en teck sont de facture haut de gamme.
Je suis très satisfait de mes achats et du service client qui a su régler avec rapidité qq petits soucis.
Bien sûr les prix sont au niveau de la qualité proposée… mais il faut savoir ce que l’on veut !

Tutto come da aspettative.
La poltrona è come mi attendevo. Avevo comprato un lounge set lo scorso anno e desideravo aggiungere un pezzo per renderlo ancora più flessibile. Ho avuto un piccolo problema con il corriere, ma il servizio clienti ha subito cercato di aiutarmi. Consiglio il sito e i prodotti.

Great quality product
Great quality product. Bought the balcony clamp for parasol, fits to the non-standard shape balcony railing securely. Couldn’t find one that fits from the larger typical companies.
