The hair removal cream was ok but definitely not enough in the tube and the tool for applying it is too short, not worth the money.

Really good and effective product

No issues. I ordered, they said when they would ship and then did exactly as they said. Wouldn't hesitate to use again or recommend to others.

The delivery was good, the tools are fairly good for getting to your back, the instructions are good too. Despite being very careful to follow the instructions I was left with nasty rash which took several days to clear up.

Product arrived within 2 days of ordering. Wanted to remove back hair, applicator used was a blessing in disguise, was able to reach all parts of my back, The cream did a wonderful job of removing all hair. I will definitely be using this product in the future.

Bought the whole kit. Followed the instructions twice, for 3mins and 7mins neither worked. Waste of time and money.

I’ve always hated back hair! Used wax and shaved before but this is hands down the easiest and most reliable way to nuke that body hair away with all the gadgets to apply and remove it’s so easy.

Took the risk and was really really happy. Thanks 🙏 will definitely use again.

Doesn’t irritate my skin like other products did. Beard is super soft and no more itchy beard

Absolutely a great product works a treat. However first time application can be a little tricky to cover but dose what it says hair removed in 7 mins a second application to remove the missed odd ones and im good to go

should have read the trustpilot reviews. on the baldape website best thing since sliced bread. I used the cream twice ( just to make sure ) I thought I would be hairless and super smooth. did not do a good job of hair removal. Tried this for a change, will be going back to my old hair removal cream. wasted my money. anybody want to buy a tube and a half of this stuff..

It just doesn't work like advertised. Waste of money. Cream doesn't remove hair (just odd patches) and the applicator is absolutely pointless.

Didn’t really work for me, was patchy as best and left me very itchy for days. In addition the smell was very strong, I realise that the chemicals involved in this kind of product are pretty nasty and that Baldape have tried to mitigate it but it was almost overwhelming.

Excellent service and even excellenter product, actually works! Will definitely be restocking J
