The bank had replaced the card and I forgot to update my card details, got confirmation but the order wasn't processed. I emailed customer services, they and they processed the order straight away. The product it's just amazing, I wouldn't be without.

Very pleased with the product really top quality honey. I particularly like the saffron and cinnamon honey. The customer service is very kind when there was a mistake in the order they fixed it straight away and sent the right item 10/10

Very very poor customer service
Very very poor customer service . No good will on the companys part so the sake over a spat over one small jar of broken . I have cancelled the monthly subscription . No idea what it tasted like as the jar was corrupted
