Unfortunately, I didn’t receive my order due to issues with Polish postal delivery. However, the customer service was outstanding. They were always available and made every interaction pleasant. I’m very impressed with their support.

Everything I have bought from Baltic Beauty has been amazing ! The quality of the Amber is exceptional. When you order you get a certificate to authenticity.

The order process and delivery was first class.

On receiving the two pendants I had purchased from Baltic Beauty, I was very happy with my purchase.
Both pendants appeared to have a nice piece of Amber, with silver chains which I thought suited the individual pieces well.
Unfortunately on wearing “The Tree of Life “ pendant the chain broke , It broke at the ring fastener. This was the first time I had worn the pendant and was so disappointed not to be able to wear this piece of jewellery.
I have purchased other items from Baltic Beauty in the past, I have always been happy with my purchase, however, on this occasion I feel I have wasted my money as the chain is now unusable.

Really pretty, Bought for a birthday present just hope the recipient likes them as much as I do.

After just a few weeks the amber fell out of my Baltic Beauty ring. I took photos and emailed them to the team and within a few days a replacement arrived. No quibble, no stress just excellent customer service. The jewellery is beautiful and reasonably priced and I wouldn’t hesitate to order again.

I ordered a replacement ring as my original ring had a fault. The service was fantastic and I received my new ring in a matter of a few days. Wonderful service and the communication was excellent.

Very pleased with bracelet it’s a present for a friend and I’m sure she will love it.

Product did not live up to images advertising the colour. I bought a pair of green amber cuff links to align with the colour palette of my wedding. Upon inspection under many different types of lights including natural daylight it is evident that the amber is basically silver. This was extremely disappointing. When I tried to contact customer services through the online chat function, explaining my dissatisfaction, I have been left with my message being read by the agent but no response. This is was 2 days ago

Had a beautiful gift (necklace) For my Birthday from my son and his wife - I was so smitten I ordered a matching green ring - seeking to replace a full amber collection in green and cherry lost in divorce.

My necklace gift was green amber - my order was green amber - they sent orange amber within 4 days that’s fine .though now I have to wait for one item to get back and correct item to be dispatched more than doubling this time frame.

Their response to me advising the error - after accepting it was their issue and fault was to offer me £10 off - if I spent more with them ! And gave me loads of hoops to send it back and then they would send the correct item once they could check it’s been sent ! They made me prove the ring received was orange which beggars belief as to stock control! I had already sent a photo once, but sent another.

REALLY - Not happy - they wouldn't budge and don’t seem to understand the inconvenience and lack of customer service this means - Have tried to explain but staff clearly junior and scripted.

Zero understanding - tainting me with people who have ripped them off as if that’s my issue ! Quite simple;- they sent me the ring then made me prove their error twice.

I want a green a ring- ordered a green ring and was sent an orange one . And then had all this “customer service” to deal with -

I got the £10 off this order - after 4 emails telling them how bad the service is .Making me spend more to get £10 off a future purchase does not excuse this one . Upped the review to 2 accordingly after they saw sense .

My suggestion is that they organise an exchange when next item delivered reducing customer inconvenience .Or offer a discount off the order when they. Send the wrong thing . It’s not difficult .

The products are lovely the service isn’t good .

Update:- Returned the Item as requested.
Received refund not requested as they promised to send the correct item they were allegedly holding for me awaiting receipt of the incorrectly dispatched item.

Negated the £10 inconvenience paid previously so I ended up using own time and fuel etc to return at own cost.

Sent 2 emails to ask why they took this approach as was not was agreed. Have had silence 🤐 which is not professional or customer based .

Please answer me by email as requested twice !!!
