Excellent customer service! There was an issue with delivery with Royal Mail, I was able to contact Chloe directly who was amazing and arranged for the item to be redirected. So unusual these days to be able to have personal contact! The earrings were a gift for a friend who was absolutely delighted with them,

I've just brought the violin pendent. It arrived today, it's absolutely beautiful. I'm really happy with my purchase. I've already got the bee which I love and regularly receive a lot of compliments. My item arrived in good time and is beautifully boxed. I highly recommend baltic beauty.
