Friendly and supportive
Submitted a request and received a call within 10 minutes. Amazing customer support. Traci walked me through clearing everything and helped resolve my issue.

Corrective Action - Client Service Recovery
During our onboarding experience with Bambee, our employees were sent a welcome email without my approval and before we had the opportunity to tell the employees who Bambee was and how we would be working together. Bambee owned up to the accident, made some account changes and provided financial compensation for unnecessary trouble caused with pre-mature employee communication.
