From the moment I spoke to Matt not only was his knowledge apparent, but so was his customer service.
He advised me what bamboo would be best for my needs.
I wanted a specific date for delivery and 8 bamboos and four planters arrived as agreed.

Bone dry, brown/black leaves of 3 bamboo. Spent days sawing them out of their pots, clearing thousands of leaves from the floor. Tried to revive. Waste of time and they infected my bamboo which had remained healthy for years! Never again.

I was a bit wary of ordering from here because the price of their black bamboo is very competitive compared to some of the other sellers I found (some others have similar pricing at face value, but delivery was £50+). Happy to say that the bamboo is exactly as described, easily 250cm tall (maybe a bit more) and completely healthy. Very good service and very competitive pricing. The courier they used, XDP, did a great job as well.

Fantastic quality, amazing size for the price. Very impressed. Planted up in our raised bed and look fab.

Goodness me, what an absolute delight, to discover an organisation that's so efficient. Not only was my plant delivered with lightning speed, and the quality superb, bamboos so green, lush and dense, but emails followed explaining how they should be cared for. They were very well packaged too. I decided on this company as it was the only one I found with exceptional reviews. You won't be disappointed.

I found bamboo giant after another company failed me terribly and left me with just a few days to complete on a garden design project. Matt sorted me out with large palms and bamboo screening in just a 2 day turn around. The plants were lush, sizable and in perfect condition. I could not be happier and would recommend time after time. Even passers by were complimentary of the stock. I'm so grateful for their help and will definitely be using them again.

Having been let down twice by another online bamboo company I did some research, saw these good reviews and was not disappointed. Excellent communications with a prompt delivery of lovely healthy bamboo tress. Five star customer service before, during and after sale. Would highly recommend.

This company has been great from first contact. I didn't know what type to get and emailed; Matt replied within a couple of hours giving advice and recommending something different (and cheaper) to what I had planned. Delivery was delayed by a day during transit but again Matt was excellent with communications. The care sheets, complementary fertiliser and humorous emails really appreciated. Plant looks great too. Would definitely use again and highly recommend.
