This is one of my favorite casinos so I'm hoping this will be resolved. I won 700 Friday but so far only received 200. I'm beginning to worry. Im fully verified, as is my card, and was told thats not the issue.

I emailed support as asked in their reply. About 30 mins later I was told they will get with their compliance team and they will ensure I receive my redemption. Just a few hours later both the 300 and 200 were in my account. Thank you Bangcoins support team and especially Tessa who answered me promptly and did what she could to help, on Easter no less.

I started this casino this week. I got verified and then they had to check my debit card. All fine and everything but did take a long time. My problem is it says instant redemption and i was up to 27k and you can only redeem 3k a day. So i did 3k. I talked to chloe, mary, and a couple of others and they said we will get back to you.
