Sizing

I read all of the reviews and it stated the banners arrived much smaller than the size ordered, so I sized up, and now my banners are entirely too big because they were true to size and I had to reorder.

Is my order on the way or not?

I received an email saying my order had been delivered, but it hadn't. When I contacted you folks to ask about it, I found out that both parts of my order had been hung up waiting for review, only I'd never seen any emails to that effect. Your support person re-sent the preview request and I went and did that, and I have yet to receive either part of my order. I received an email that said it will be May 20. So an order I made over two weeks ago will be another week in coming. I needed those business cards and the new sign for the Mother's Day markets last weekend. As it is, I'm having to use some old business cards that have my old business name on them, but at least it's got my name and phone number.

And I recommended you to the people who have the booth next to me at the market and they've ordered signs from you. They got their signs pretty fast. I won't be recommending Banners on the Cheap any time soon, though.

Easiest way to order a custom sign

Easiest way to order a custom sign. Most of the signs/banners I order are single use, dated event announcements. I do not want to spend a lot of money on a single use sign. This is the best option.
