I made an order 4 days ago and it got kicked back due to image quality. I cancelled. The ordered had free shipping and possibly no tax. I redid the design and resubmitted the order and it's now over $200 more with tax and shipping (no free shipping option as with the first) and my timeline is delayed over a week. The prices are asinine, the design technology is mediocre at best, and the turnaround and shipping options are horrible. When you're spending over $700 there's no reason not to offer free shipping as an option.

We recently ordered signage through BuildASign and had a great experience from start to finish. The ordering process was straightforward, turnaround time was quick, and the final product quality exceeded expectations. The colors, print quality, and overall finish looked professional and durable. Customer service was responsive and easy to work with as well. We would definitely use BuildASign again for future business signage and marketing materials.

I have a listing no sign. I placed my order and it said delivery 5/14. I called now they say delivery is 5/19. I asked why I was not notified. According to them I was; however, I don’t see any email. They said my order was on hold because of printing quality, granted this is the same sign I just had made several weeks ago. So disappointing

Pricing is good and the website is easy to navigate. If you have to make changes to a custom design, it can be difficult to approve the update. I had to recreate the sign as a new one to make the changes I wanted because of this.
