I buy every meal they do.
Strongly recommended. Absolutely top quality ingredients every time. Fun to cook and I have learnt quite a bit - oarticularly how to flash fry a top quality steak.
The meals are 3 courses and are substantial. We tend to have the starter for lunch, the main course for our evening meal and the dessert the following day. If you are trying to make it look like a Michelin star meal you end up throwing quite a bit away. I tend to eat the lot!

I am late arrival to Banquist feasting but am now an addict. Absolutely love the concept of being tutored by a series of top class chefs. The meals I have prepared so far have without exception been fabulous and memorable. Many dishes repeated and my wife's favourite dish is now Less Westcotts Isle of White tomato starter. Even more fun soon with a four week pasta course presented by Theo Randall whom I consider the best in the UK. Cant wait

The perfect foodie date night.

I love the combination of Michelin-style menus, cooking skills & tips and delicious wine and ingredients.

Every box we've had has been stand-out, and as a keen home cook I've learned plenty of new skills.

I also appreciate that Banquist are doing their best to platform women and POC, who are underrepresented in the high-end restaurant industry.

I’ve had several Banquist meals now and been very impressed with the quality of the ingredients. We usually have a max of two courses on day one and the remaining course + cheese following day as (a) it’s a lot to eat and (b) there’s a fair bit of prep and clean up involved. Instead of ending the evening stuffed we have two great meals.
I don’t often order wine as I don’t drink it and my husband isn’t usually impressed with the wines offered but he takes his wine very seriously. I did try a cocktail and found it generous and delicious.
The cheeses are well chosen.
When we had an issue with a box not arriving it was dealt with well.
I’m looking forward to more experiences.

A great experience which began from the moment the box arrived: preparation was achievable and clearly guided; the process fun. The reward of the finished food was certainly worth it. Thank you!

I’ve ordered several Banquist boxes, most with wine and half with cheese as well. We have thoroughly enjoyed them all! You get some prepared items, like Gareth Wards secret sauce, so the chefs don’t give all their secrets away - but in following the recipes I have learnt a few things that I can use in my cooking. And I have to say the flavours that I got out of ingredients following those recipes was quite a surprise. I learnt some new techniques as well that will stay with me. I do love the responsiveness of Banquist and some little issues I had were sorted out quickly. The videos are also very enjoyable and I love the 5 questions they put to chefs at the end. Banquist also keep surprising me with the caliber of chefs they get. And now they offer Masterclasses and I hope we get round to game cookery for a month in autumn. The venison scotch egg I made with one of the boxes was a thing of beauty and I want to improve my game cooking. I originally booked one box as a surprise for my husband but we have been going back for more quite frequently and will continue to do so. Only thing is, we like to eat our food hot so we don’t usually post photos of dishing it up. But we LOVE Banquist. It was such a good idea during lockdown to have chefs do menus and we hope they still have time once the restaurant trade picks up again.

I have done three Banquist meals now and they have all been fantastic. There’s quite a lot of prep involved but it’s very satisfying to learn new skills such as how to make a soft-centred Scotch egg. Ingredients are top notch and the end results have been uniformly delicious.

Wow! What an absolutely fabulous experience. Can’t recommend Banquist highly enough.

Gerth’s video was so easy to follow, and his personality shone through.

Everything is supplied apart from the very basics such as oil.

Fantastic produce alongside a great cookery lesson culminated in a superb, tasty meal.
From start to finish, this was wonderful.

This wasn’t our first Banquist meal, and it certainly won’t be our last.

My advice? Don’t hesitate. Book one, and have fun!

Absolutely loved this experience, I had done the Banquist experience since the beginning... but I really like Kerth Gumbs style of cooking and food , so it was a no brainer to do this one ... I love that I am trying completely new styles of preparation and really cooking outside my comfort zone.. but the video and cheat sheets guide you along ... I so recommend Banquist !

The Banquist X Gareth Ward box was EXCEPTIONAL. The video is such a nice touch and its so great to be able to watch a masterclass from the Chef themselves! As well as the video, I found the cooking instructions extremely helpful, clear, detailed and easy to follow.

All the flavours were next level and the quality of all the ingredients could not have been better, having the meat from HG Walter, only the finest butcher in London, was a nice surprise! Portion sizes are very generous, the box of 4 fed my family of 5 with leftovers from dessert and the salad.

Gareth packs so much flavour into that lamb that the hubby said it's the best he's ever eaten! We thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience of cooking together and having an incredible restaurant quality meal at home!

I look forward to trying more BANQUIST hampers and have already recommended the box to so many friends and family. I cannot wait to share full details of the experience with my followers on Instagram in the next few days!

I wanted an easy but impreesive meal for My Daughter and husband. It was Theo Randall's simple italian menu but because the produce was 1st rate quality and the magic of Theo's recipe and guidance was second to none. The flavours created from simple ingredients is what Italian cooking is all about and this was excellent

Fantastic experience. I love the level of involvement as you really feel that you have produced something special. The information sheet and video work very well together to help you produce the dinner. I have had the privilege of experiencing Gareth's food at his Ynyshir Hall and he didn't disappoint this time. Ingredients, video, presentation and, of course, the Chef were first class. The only thing we were short of was the red cabbage - we only got the amount for two not four.

We thoroughly enjoyed the whole Banquist experience cooking Gareth Ward’s lamb shwarma dish. It was great fun to prepare and cook for both me and my husband. We learnt a lot about different cooking techniques, especially the BBQ’ing aspect.
Food tasted great and we will definitely be trying more.

The Garreth Ward BBQ box was our first time using Banquist, but will be using again. The quality of the ingredients were superb and the wine pairing was perfect.

Thoroughly enjoyed the Gareth Ward BBQ meal for four. Quality of the food was outstanding, the instructions were excellent and the portions were generous. One of the best aspects of this meal was the ability to prepare a lot of the elements in advance. This was our 2nd Banquist and it did not disappoint. Also, the wine pairing was spot on, and a new wine we had not heard of which was excellent. We specifically chose this meal as we would not normally cook this menu, and we absolutely loved all of the different flavours.

Thoroughly enjoyed our Banquist experience. The food was delicious (well done chef!), and the ingredients really top quality. You could taste the difference. Opted for the cheese and wine in addition. The wine was really well paired with the main, although we were too stuffed to enjoy the cheese! There were generous portions meaning we get a super lunch today! The customer service and communication has been excellent. I needed to change my original booking due to unexpected reasons and Jonny was so easy to deal with and offer an alternative. Can't wait to order our next one.

Just had my first Banquist meal. It was brilliant. The step by step preparation and cooking instructions were dynamic with the added bonus of a perfectly demonstrated video by Theo Randall.Beyond my expectations! The result was a surprise to me as it almost looked as good as Theo.
The best home Cooked meal I have ever cooked.

A foodie friend recommended this cook-at-home experience and I'm so glad I went for it.
We chose the Lee Westcott vegetarian menu with seasonal produce, which was of excellent quality. Clear communication of the difficulty and time to prepare and cook the menu meant I had realistic expectations and could set aside the time accordingly.
Although the instructions came in the box, the accompanying video was realy helpful, and invaluable for plating up the dishes to make them look restaurant-ready!
The textures and the flavours of all three courses were beautiful and the wine we ordered with the pack complimented the dishes perfectly.
We thoroughly enjoyed our evening and would definitely book again.
