Every barber in there is exceptional with making your haircut how you want it to be… they treat you with drinks and music in there is booming and always good to have a laugh with your barber!! Highly recommend👍 best barbers by far based in Wigan.

My son went into the Wigan store yesterday for a trim. Came out with a shocking hair cut that he paid £14 for. Then had to take him to a professional barber to get it fixed. Seems some people in here aren't even qualified.

My little boy will only have his haircut by jamie! He does an amazing job as its not an easy cut and always makes him laugh & feel at ease. Wouldn’t go anywhere else

Hair cuts are good, but, the service in st helens is poor by some ( not all ) of the barbers

My son has at repeated visits been served out of turn, this combined with a general air of arrogance and negative vibes from the barber when he cuts hair makes for an uneasy experience.
Plenty of other barbers nearby offering good cuts, cheaper, and with a smile, wont be going back.

Made a booking for 9am at their Queens Drive salon. Arrived 15 minutes before the appointment as per the confirmation email. Shutters where down. Left at 9:10am as no show shutters still down.

Had a bad experience in the Birkenhead shop a couple years ago an never went back. Found barber took far too long doing nothing with my hair. Doing one thing then back to another. Looked like he didn't know what he was doing. Took my son the Upton one by mistake didn't realise was same chain. Exactly the same expfor him hardly took any hair off the blend from shave to cut isn't good at all. And once again cut then shaved then cut then shaved again like he didn't have a clue what he was doing. I can only assume but it must be down to the same training these guys have. 2 fellas working were swearing an shop was a mess. Won't be back again

Appointment made for 10am at the Warrington shop, arrived no one there and shutters down. Waited 20 minutes still no show and no communication

Ordered wax on the 1/9/23 and still haven’t received anything. Contacted barbersno1 and just been totally ignored

Been coming here for a few months now and almost always get my hair cut by Carl. Everyone is sound and I always leave with a fresh trim and a smile. Highly recommend to everyone!

Had a couple class trims lately from Manchester Louis. Everyone there makes you feel welcomed with a cold drink. Couldn’t get my hair cut anywhere else, great place.

I use Chris O'neill as my barber at barbers no1 Liverpool One. He always leaves me with the freshest trim so I would 100% recommend him!

Been going to Chris at barbers no1 L1 shop for almost 2 years, fresh cut every time and always listens/gives exactly what I ask for.

Terrible said closes at 6 and they closed as 17:00 and we drove 1 hour

Great work from that lads as always. Sorted a bodge job out for me. Note to self stick to what you know.
