Went to the garston store, very talented lads, shop was clean and a cool vibe. Definitely recommend ⭐️

Really poor service. Booked in at 6:30 as that fitted with my work schedule for them to text me saying they had been quiet since 3 and can they push my appointment till tomorrow instead as their boss said they can close, frustrating but I honoured this request. For them to say they appreciated it and would book me in at 1 the following day as I was on a tight time schedule, I turned up on time for them to see to their mates first who turned up and walk in appointments over bookings, I was only approached and apologised after 25 minutes to say they will get to me next when I was supposed to of been seen before a client walked in last minute that was friends with them. Shame because the people that work their are clearly talented but poor skills when it comes to service.

Twice now I’ve booked an appointment slot & taken time off work just to arrive to be told they can’t see me due to lack of staff. Not once have they contacted me despite having my details on the booking to give me a heads up. Regular customer won’t be going back again.

Barbers No.1 on queens drive is the only barbers I’d trust. From not having my hair cut for about 5+ years to going regularly. They make you feel fresh with a nice cut every time.

My son really dislikes getting his hair cut he finds it really uncomfortable, but the barbers go above and beyond Vaun is incredible and makes his experience so much more enjoyable and makes conversation he knows he will enjoy wouldnt use anyone else now

Barbers No1 (Queens drive)… Hands down the Best barbers in Liverpool! Very welcoming staff, short wait times, and highly trained barbers! Would recommend to anyone after an exceptional hair cut! I usually see Ged, whose attention to detail is the type of reassurance you want from a barber and will always make you feel welcome! The other staff in there are also highly recommendable!

I have used barbersno1 for a couple of years now and I can't recommend them enough. The service is professional throughout and the customer service is excellent, offering refreshments if you have to wait, the barbers take a personal approach to each and every customer.

We’re do you even start if there was more than 5 stars this barbers deserves them. My little boy was anxious about going to see a new barber but I had heard so many good things about here and now 2 years later we haven’t looked back luke and Jordan are amazing at what they do and never fail to make him happy with his hair cut. The customer service is outstanding and being a woman walking into a barbers can be a bit awkward these don’t make you feel like you shouldn’t be there they go above and beyond for anyone and that’s why my son will be a customer for life. Thanks lads.
