We’ve used Bargain on many occasions and many locations. We don’t find the off airport locations a problem as the pick up bus is always good.

Best Car Rental in Perth
100/100 Everything was perfect.
All the staff were very friendly, yet very professional. The process was easy and really really quick.
This place also opens 7 days a week where most other places close on weekends and/or not having flexible hours.
Other best part is the inexpensive rates they gave (already compared to most of the rental services in Perth, and not even close to Bargain)

Started out okay
Started out okay. Front desk tried to sell me insurance and asked if I had third party insurance. I advised I didn’t need insurance and they relented.
Car was cheap so got what I expected. Basic but clean.
The main reason for the one star is upon return I was advised I returned the car one day late so was being charged an extra day. I showed evidence of booking the correct days but front desk continued to state he was going to charge me the extra day, and would escalate to head office. This is surely not allowed??? I have my booking showing the dates booked and paid. This is unscrupulous behaviour so be careful with these types of behaviours at this place.

Any time we do not hear from someone to see if an extension is available for their booking and we cannot get in touch with them when their vehicle has been due to return a full day rental as well as another full day rental is generally charged. We may have needed to upgrade customers that had booked and were now attempting to collect a vehicle or if there is no availability we may have needed to advise customers we had nothing available for them due to a late return that was not booked.
We’d like to review this properly as it sounds like there may be more to this situation, however we have not been able to confidently locate your booking from the details provided in this review. Could you please contact us at info@bargaincarrentals.com.au with your rental agreement number, booking name, rental dates and pick-up location?
Once we have those details, our team can investigate the booking, review any branch notes and provide a clear response.

It was very smooth process and they have lot of car collection. Only thing they need to develop that is airport pick up system. I had to take uber to reach their office to pick up the Car .

While we do aim to have the free shuttle service running constantly during our open hours sometimes due to circumstances out of our control there may be delays that will be addressed as quickly as possible.

The car and depot service were great…
The car and depot service were great but our plane was late and the phone number we had been given didn't work as it was after 7pm. We were tired and stranded at the airport and were going to get a different car from a different company when our niece rang up and rescued us. I had booked through an agent so hadn't check your website to see the hours.

Car was great
Car was great. Pick up on arrival at terminal was slow and confusing. I was at the correct pick up place but had to ring a few times to get the shuttle bus. The dropping of the car at the end of the holiday was must more efficient that the beginning of the trip.
