Always so helpful which is much appreciated!

Their online stock numbers are incorrect and no guarantee that you’ll get your order. The stores don’t help by getting the stock in from another store and they have no idea how long the service from the head office takes.
Overall the interactions with Shirley, Chch bargain chemist have left me feeling like they don’t care about the customer. I will not be using their online click and collect again.

The Pakuranga branch has zero customer service. I waited to get a script filled and despite being the first in line, the pharmacist chose to serve three customers who came after me before "seeing' me. No explanation or reason given. A second pharmacist was then called to assist me, yet this second staff member also chose to serve another customer who interrupted us, first. I was left mid conversation and watched the second pharmacist walk the other customer who interrupted us down an aisle to find a product. This was rude and unacceptable. They may have slightly better prices, but disgusting lack of service

Tried shopping online and added items to cart with no issues. Then upon trying to checkout it kept telling me my cart needs reviewing. Pretty much everything I had added was click and collect only outside of Auckland. Complete waste of time having an online site if one can't buy anything and have it shipped.

The product I ordered was not considered suitable for my needs... I understand however it took several emails and a week to get a response 🙃

I purchased Sebamed shampoo and conditioner from Bargain Chemist. They send me a mail to review the product. I gave my honest review after using the products for weeks. Apparently, they are very harsh and not suitable for all skin type. I got red rashes over my face after applying the shampoo and washing my hair. My hair also got very dry and flaky. My entire face was burning after few hours.
However, after submitting the review, Bargain Chemist replies "my review is moderate, but they can't approve"
That's it. No further explanation was given by them, as to why my honest review was rejected.
Why would a company waste a customers time, if they are not being fair and publishing the honest reviews??

My order took hardly any time at all to be completed

Have visited their store around Westgate area..... All is well and my favourite are the Chemist Warehouse and 2nd best is Bargain Chemist.

Our order was not ready on time, so I have to wait around for the order to be processed.

Been trying to buy a product online that i always get, it was saying instore only. Fir weeks ive been trying to call to findout when avail online. No reply! Went into marshlands store to get instore. Product not in that store. Emailed, got reply no idea or eta of product...next day product is avail online again. Very annoying frustrating customer service!! Usually happy with online orders.

My order was delivered promptly & was exactly what I had requested.

Kept informed product wasn't in stock it turned out but sourced item promptly
