Quick efficient service goods arrived well packed

I ordered and bought a Wolf Garden Patio brush from yourselves, Bargainstore. Unfortunately, you shipped the wrong product, or at least not the one I saw on your website and ordered. This can happen, I understand that, the problem is I've found it impossible to talk to you about it. No returns guidance, no label, no answer to email message to you, no answer on the "contact us" phone.
How can I return the product to you for an exchange? - in this day and age and given how mature "on-line shopping" practices are, this shouldn't be a difficult task, requiring complaints and negative feedback. I am amazed that Amazon allow you to use there facilities. You bring down the trust and reliability of that place.

Parcel didn't arrive and I've so far not been able to get any response from the company on where it's gone

It was a Hozelock spray extension and the thread doesn’t fit my one year old spray.
It doesn’t tell you on the item description what size the thread is. You would assume that they are all the same.
