Disappointing
Item ordered 25th December, email received 26th December "we have finished processing your order". Money taken from my account 27th December, item arrived 3rd January, over a week after the order was placed and "processsed". I had paid an extra £3.99 for " next day delivery". Whilst I wasn't expecting this to be precise, due to Christmas, I was hoping it would arrive before my drinks party to mask the smell of dead rodent behind my kitchen boiler.
