Absolutely outstanding service
Absolutely outstanding service from Mark at Barrels and Botanicals last week. I was looking for a specific bottle. Mark contacted the bottler to see if he could get an allocation. He confirmed he was getting some. He made sure to let me know when it came in and even worked with me on a specific day for delivery. I honestly couldn’t ask for a better experience. Absolutely superb. I’ve used them before, and will use them again. Thanks guys.

Friendly, knowledgeable and informative
Bought a bottle of Glenugie 1967 online on Wednesday, and collected on Saturday.
Was met in the shop by Mark who was very friendly, knowledgeable and informative about the whisky, and also Barrels and Botanicals, how they started up, where they are now and also the tasting sessions that they offer.
Will definitely be back for a group tasting in the future.
