Barrels & Botanicals Ltd Opiniones

Really helpful guy spent time with me explaining options based on my preferences. I didn’t feel pressured at all and ended up really happy with my purchases which made it back safely with me to Wales!
Will definitely call in again when next in the area visiting family.

Really helpful, friendly.

Always great service, thoughtful and considerate.

I've ordered a few times from the shop and there's never a problem with my purchases.
Would recommend. Great selection of spirits and the owner Mark is very helpful

Easy purchase experience and prompt shipping.

Interesting range of local beers, Gins and my personal favourite Whisky from multiple independent bottlers. Expert knowledgeable staff can find the perfect dram for your taste.

Prompt service. Excellent knowledge on products. Very competitive prices

Absolutely fantastic shop with a great selection. I called today 30 mins after the shop closed because I screwed up and had not realised the time they shut, I had a very important mission to deliver a bottle of Scotlands finest to South Africa. The owner reopened and made this possible, the bottle is now on route. Slainte mhath!

Honest advice, high customer friendliness, fair prices

Was looking for a bottle of whisky for a present so popped into B&B for the first and last time. The owner was one of the most difficult and rude people Ive ever met.His political views of which he had many should never come into a conversation whilst attempting to buy a bottle of whisky and his joy of the queen passing away was very evident.A very bizarre experience never to be repeated.

Great service and fast delivery too.

Once again, as always B&B delivers a quality product. Great service, great communication. I would 100% use them again.

An excellent selection of whisky and a very knowledgeable and helpful owner. Perfect for the whisky lover, expert or novice!

Ordered the tasting for Lady of the Glen and they arrived quickly and were much enjoyed!

Everything as it should be, quick delivery and packaged well 👍

Won’t be using again, didn’t send the rum I ordered and when I questioned was told the order was correct.
Was told I could return (at my expense) and I would be refunded. Will look elsewhere in future.
Thanks for nothing

As to the reply the retailer has put I did not say I didn’t like the rum they sent (it’s one of my favourites) the bottle I received is not an updated bottle unless the one on their site is over a year out of date. Yes I did say if they would refund the postage I’d be happy to keep the rum sent but was told I had already agreed to keep it (which I hadn’t).
