My family and I stayed at the Barsala at the Pointe in Tampa. The unit and grounds were immaculate and had every amenity we needed! Emily was extremely attentive and made sure we had a flawless stay. She also reached out to see if we needed to extend our stay, due to a tropical storm. We could not have had a better experience and will definitely use Barsala in the future!

I had such a wonderful experience here. Quiet, safe area and the staff were so helpful and lovely. Couldn’t recommend more!

.I want to say how wonderful our apt 1449 was. We moved in on April 1st and moved out yesterday. My daughter is a cancer patient at Shands and we needed this apt for her recovery
It was very clean, quiet and safe.
I especially want to compliment Matthew Richard, our property manager. He was always quick to respond to my questions and showed concern for our needs while we were home away from home. He was very kind and made our stay stress free.

We stayed at Barsala at the Pointe on Westshore in Tampa for several months, while looking for a permanent solution and it was great. Emily, the manager was always attentive and helpful.

Great place to stay, clean, lots of amenities, close to everything and check in / check out was easy - staff are very helpful!

I had an overall fantastic stay with Barsala. Emily did a great job getting me settled as my stay was over 6 months long. She consistently kept in touch with me and catered to all of my needs. she did a wonderful job accommodating for me. I highly recommend Barsala and Emily who is in charge of the process from your move-in to move-out.

This place was amazing! Very clean, super spacious, new and modern, open parking, supplies to cook in the full kitchen, washer and dryer! It was honestly amazing I have no complaints and would absolutely stay again!

The check in instructions were simple. Even I walked into the apartment, I was thrown away with the modern amenities inside. The apartment was clean, no issues there. Only issues I did have was not with the apartment itself but the people living upstairs. They walk very hard and you hear every movement they make. With it being so hot, the pool was not available. Other than that, I recommend this rental. I will book again if available!

Barsala manages the apartments at rose thirty fourth well. They are very responsive and helpful to any questions I had and quickly assisted with anything we needed during our stay.

The apartment was immaculate the staff were amazing caring understanding and quick to fix any problems that occurred and were quick to respond Saundra was the main person I communicated with and she was down to earth caring amazing and on top of everything. It was cozy enough that it felt like being home.

From the beginning to the end our experience with Barsala property was wonderful. Emily was so helpful and kind setting up our trip and checking in on us while we were there. The property check-in was easy and the apartment itself was clean and had everything we needed. I highly recommend using Barsala and can’t wait until we can go back again.

Terrible service, dirty units and lack of basics

. I stayed here for one month during some renovations. Everything was great. Just know that you need to bring your own television. Everything else is pretty much provided. Great facility nice pool clubhouse area and fitness center. Great area close to Walmart right down the street and Publix as well.

The unit, building, and grounds are new and beautiful. The unit was spacious, quiet, new, and very clean. We'd definitely would stay here again. We noticed the unit didn't have a blow dryer and a few pillows didn't have pillow cases, but those were minor issues. I suggest when people book, there is a message letting them know when they check in, they will be charged for a pet. I didn't know this until check in, and when we learned it was $100 per day ($300 for 3 days) we made other arrangements for the dog. The limit for 1 vehicle free parking and $300 credit card hold should also be disclosed before booking and paying. We also learned this at check in. The building is very secure, elevator is convenient and location is close to the university, shopping, and restaurants.

The apartment was cute and cozy. Everything was set up well and Emily was a joy to work with. Having our guests on property, but also in their own space was the best of both worlds! We will for sure use Barsala again, as well as spread the word around our apartment community so others know to use it!

We have stayed here twice now and love everything about it! The apartment is always in excellent condition, very friendly and accommodating staff as well. The pool area is absolutely beautiful! Conveniently located to stores, malls and restaurants. We would recommend Barsala 10 out of 10!!

Stayed at Sacramento- Barsala for 2 months and had a good experience. Walking distance to most establishments and entertainment. Long term parking can be expensive.
Sandra the hostess went far and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. Will stay again in the future!!!🤓

I stayed here for work and really truly loved my accommodations. The property is highly convenient and the amenities were absolutely worth it. Would stay here again!

My sister went to the Cleveland Barsala, which she booked in January of this year for the eclipse this week. When they arrived, they said her reservation had been cancelled. And there were other people there as well in the same situation. In addition to the $1400 for which she got no room, they also charged her Visa another $300, for WHAT she no idea.
