I have had my system installed for over 8 years now and recently needed technical support when entering an area of functionality which was new to me. My call was answered promptly and courteously by a gentleman called Tom. His assistance was professional and most helpful, allowing me to fully understand the camera playback facility. I recall needing their assistance about 7 years ago when setting up my system and the level of support on this occasion was every bit as impressive as it was back then. I can honestly say that the level of customer service with Bascom surpasses anything I have experienced with any other Company. A sincere thank you from a very satisfied customer.

Had bascom cameras for about five years, had a problem with one and a very helpful chap fixed a software glitch over the internet. Real people who actually know their products. Rare these days.

He managed to figure out how to fix my problem in no time at all. I'd been trying to fix it for months. I'd emailed the problem and they responded and fixed it within a few hours. You rarely get a response like that from any other company these days.
