I decided to purchase a Bascom system after doing a fair bit of research into what it was capable of vs other systems as well as their great reviews. I have not been disappointed. The system arrived with the recorder missing from the box due to damage in transit (I think) but after an email to report it I received a telephone call immediately to say they would be investigating and that a replacement would be sent out straight away which it was, arriving within a couple of days. Customer support has been excellent throughout with James happy to answer any and all questions. It's a pleasure to be on the receiving end of such great customer service, especially in this day and age! I will now be looking to replace our external CCTV with a Bascom system. Picture quality is great, the App works well and PC/Mac software is perfect for our needs.

I sent an email and details of what I required. Within 1 hour James replied and recommended the camera system. I have just placed the order and will be delivered soon. Would definitely recommend.

Very good wide angle camera it can record well over 100 metre views and recorder is silent easy to install rodger fixes the snags on the phone step by step if you get stuck on installing it THIS IS A PROPER CHRISTMAS PRESENT IF YOU GONNA BUY A SECURITY SYSTEM . I even use mine bird watching ZOOM IN ZOOM OUT and infra red at night crystel clear after sale service is strong

Product has been a bit unreliable. Bascom team are working on it to resolve the issues.

After only one phone call, the UK office called me back and with Mark's guidance I was able to achieve my aim of using a MacBook Air to view my cameras.

Had a few problkems with delivery and compatability with my PANASONIC tv BUT ALL IS NOW WELL AND THE SYSTEM IS NOW EXCELLENT WITH A CLEAR 1080i PICTURE thanks to Rai in BASCOM Technical Support Iin The Netherlands.
