They say 100% return policy absolutely not true! They don’t accept any returns….

Scam website. Never received my order (since 5 months). Got a tracking number but shipment seems stuck on specific location since 4 months. Customer service only sends standardized answers and ask you to wait. This way you lose chances of being able to dispute the transaction.

Ordered 17th July and still no items received. Showing as in Birmingham since 13th August. No reply from company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

Leider muss man mindestens einen Stern geben. Basketballg.com hat aber keinen Stern verdient. Warte seit 2 Monaten auf die Bestellung. Gemäss Tracking soll diese schon vor über 3 Wochen im Auslieferungsland angekommen sein. Customer Service ist ein Witz.

Less than 1 star. No product delivered after 3 months waiting. Customer service is useless. Refuse to give refund as product was shipped even though not received.

I ordered "2023 NEW HD 1080P Noise Reduction Camera", see their web pages. According to advertisement this camera should have 1) 4K ultra clear low light real color video with 3840x2160@30FPS resolution 2)180 degrees rotating Sony lens 3) 5-axis gimbal anti-shake 4) horisontal and vertical screen recording 5) time-lapse video 6) type C fast charge etc... None of these features exist on the item I got. I have made a complaint to their customer care system, but all they answer is "we are sorry for your dissatisfaction". NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM BASKETTBALLG.COM!!!

DO NOT BUY from this website. I purchased the Bodysuit (buy 2 get 1 free). They weren't the correct fit, which I understand is always a risk when buying online. I emailed their support team saying sadly they didn't fit and could I please return and get a refund. They said they won't, give them to a friend who they might fit. They don't care if you aren't happy with the product. Their website claims a NO RISK MONEY BACK Guarantee, yet they REFUSE to refund. The quality of the material is thin and DOES NOT align with what they are advertising on their website and social media pages. I would save your money for a more reputable company. the fit of the bodysuits were baggy and not flattering or shapely at all. Very thin material.

Zero stars!!!!! The website says “100% no risk money back guarantee”. I ordered a product based on the advertisement , when product was received it was NOT what was advertised. I contacted them for a full money refund and was told the product was from China and would be too much money to return…. They offered me $3USD. LOL. I paid over $50. I have been ignored since I have ask for their legal name, address and business license number. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!!!! THERE IS NO MONEYBACK GUARANTEE !!!!!! They take your money and then come up with excuses as to why they can’t refund your money.
SCAM. SCAM. SCAM. They should be in jail for false advertising. HORRIBLE PEOPLE WITH NO MORALS OR ETHICS.

Complete scam and false advertisement, customer service denies anything off with their products, eventhought the size charts, descriptions of product and photos are completely false... Waste of money, STAY CLEAR!
