Wonderful customer service.
After an initial mixup with the order. The wrong address had been populated in the delivery address. Probably my fault. I emailed and Abigail got back to me and managed to change the address and redirect to the correct one without losing any time at all. AND, my granddaughters tell me the doughnuts were delicious. 😋 thank you team and especially Abigail.

Fantastic brand and amazing products!
There were soo many companies to choose from when considering a birthday treat for my partner. We chose Batch’d as we loved their branding and most importantly your products were amazing and tasted great! My partners only positive criticism was the lack of labels detailing allergens and best before dates. We will definitely be ordering again in the future! Amazing cookies
Pre ordered a box of 4 cookies for my daughters birthday, they arrived on time, and they were amazing, she loved them. They looked and tasted so good. Even the packing is great, they also did a personalised card saying happy birthday and all cookies were individually wrapped to keep
them fresh. Will definitely order again and would highly recommend Batch'd.

We're sorry to hear you were disappointed with your order. Just to clarify, the shelf life of our donuts is clearly stated on each product page, and there's also a section in our FAQs advising that donuts should be eaten the same day they are delivered. Unfortunately, they won't be at their best the next day, which is why we always recommend consuming them immediately.
Thanks again for giving us a try. We do hope you'll consider trying some of our other products in the future, such as our cookies or brownies, which have a much longer shelf life and might be a better fit for consuming over a period of days.
The best donuts you'll ever eat!
The best donuts you'll ever eat by far! I first heard of them in Camden Market last month and tried the oreo, it was amazing. So I ordered a box of 4 for a birthday this month and they were all delicious. Freshly made, delivered on the date I requested, and I received updates on my delivery by email. Fantastic service, highly recommend ordering these donuts!

Honesty is key
Honesty is key! First of all I paid extra money for delivery for a specific time and they didn't come on that time spoke with the team and they refused to refund the delivery fee. The treats weren't whatni was expecting as they look nice but didn't taste nice. But the more disappointing thing is how batchd are thieves and don't refund you the money when they don't deliver on time.

While we completely understand your frustration, especially with the delivery arriving an hour later than expected, we’d like to clarify that all our parcels are shipped via DPD and the delivery fee you paid goes directly to them for their timed delivery service. We did dispatch your order on time from our side, but unfortunately, the delay occurred while it was in DPD’s hands. We’d definitely recommend reaching out to them regarding a complaint for the missed time slot.
We’re also sorry to hear the treats didn’t meet your expectations.
