I ordered two full cookie pies, they were packaged excellently and came in off the shelf condition. Arrived my chosen delivery date in good time. Everyone at work loved them, they thought they were incredible. Never disappointed with any of your products. Love them!😁

Fantastic brand and amazing products!
There were soo many companies to choose from when considering a birthday treat for my partner. We chose Batch’d as we loved their branding and most importantly your products were amazing and tasted great! My partners only positive criticism was the lack of labels detailing allergens and best before dates. We will definitely be ordering again in the future! Thank you Batch’d team on making my partners birthday a special one xx

Thank you so much for your kind words - we’re thrilled to hear Batch’d helped make your partner’s birthday extra special! It means the world to us that you loved the branding and enjoyed the treats.
We really appreciate the feedback about allergen labels and best before dates. We include a leaflet in every delivery with best before information, as well as a QR code that links to our full allergen and ingredient details - we’re so sorry if this was missing from your order!
Thank you again for sharing your thoughts, and we can’t wait to bake for you again soon!
Amazing cookies
Pre ordered a box of 4 cookies for my daughters birthday, they arrived on time, and they were amazing, she loved them. They looked and tasted so good. Even the packing is great, they also did a personalised card saying happy birthday and all cookies were individually wrapped to keep
them fresh. Will definitely order again and would highly recommend Batch'd.

We're sorry to hear you were disappointed with your order. Just to clarify, the shelf life of our donuts is clearly stated on each product page, and there's also a section in our FAQs advising that donuts should be eaten the same day they are delivered. Unfortunately, they won't be at their best the next day, which is why we always recommend consuming them immediately.
Thanks again for giving us a try. We do hope you'll consider trying some of our other products in the future, such as our cookies or brownies, which have a much longer shelf life and might be a better fit for consuming over a period of days.
The best donuts you'll ever eat!
The best donuts you'll ever eat by far! I first heard of them in Camden Market last month and tried the oreo, it was amazing. So I ordered a box of 4 for a birthday this month and they were all delicious. Freshly made, delivered on the date I requested, and I received updates on my delivery by email. Fantastic service, highly recommend ordering these donuts!

Honesty is key
Honesty is key! First of all I paid extra money for delivery for a specific time and they didn't come on that time spoke with the team and they refused to refund the delivery fee. The treats weren't whatni was expecting as they look nice but didn't taste nice. But the more disappointing thing is how batchd are thieves and don't refund you the money when they don't deliver on time.

Hello,
We’re really sorry to hear you were disappointed with your experience.
While we completely understand your frustration, especially with the delivery arriving an hour later than expected, we’d like to clarify that all our parcels are shipped via DPD and the delivery fee you paid goes directly to them for their timed delivery service. We did dispatch your order on time from our side, but unfortunately, the delay occurred while it was in DPD’s hands. We’d definitely recommend reaching out to them regarding a complaint for the missed time slot.
We’re also sorry to hear the treats didn’t meet your expectations. That’s never what we want for our customers, and we really appreciate the feedback — we’re always working to improve, so we’ve passed your comments on to our baking team. While we’re proud to have thousands of happy customers who enjoy our bakes every week, we understand that taste is personal, and we’re sorry that this selection wasn’t quite right for you.

Thanks so much for your lovely review! We're thrilled you enjoyed the ice cream and Oreo donut — definitely a top-tier combo. We totally get that treats can feel like a splurge, and with the rising cost of quality ingredients (especially chocolate!), we do our best to keep things fair while making sure every bite is worth it. Hope to treat you again soon! 🍦🍩
