We bought the Geberit toilet and the quality was decent - especially for the prize.

Great price, easy simple and no fuss ordering and delivery!

I ordered few items from them and the quality of products was excellent. At first, there was an issue with my order, but I was contacted the same day and it was over the phone and email and resolved very quickly. I got one of the products replaced within 3 days. The customer service received from staff especially from Max was amazing, and the bathroom tap I ordered beautiful and excellent quality.I will definitely order from them again. Thank you

Product was delivered on time, but unfortunately had been damaged in transit. I contacted the company by email. They responded within hours and once I had provided photos of the damaged product arranged a replacement to be sent promptly. The replacement was delivered successfully and undamaged. The company followed up with me to check everything was ok. Great after sales service from Max (thanks Max).

Ordered a toilet year ago. Refurb project was delayed. When it came to assembly i received help getting missing toilet seat bracket

Omg what a shocking company ordered through Manomano and never received the good the seller has twice come back with they are looking into it weeks apart scam company avoid at all costs they take your money and never deliver the goods and blame their courier company

They sent a broken tap and referred me to the manufacturer, then blocked me from replying on ManoMano.

The company has no email (that works), no phone number and the UK business address is a PO box in London. It's run by two French nationals who live in the Chec Republic. Total rip off and a scam - be warned!

ManoMano customer service were very efficient and got me a refund within 24 hours - they could see that the company had registered with them using false details

I ordered and paid for a product which they stated was in stock on 12th June as of 29th June I have received nothing and they are impossible to contact not replying to EMails with no Phone number . Please note despite the .co.uk web address they are not based in the UK . Be very wary before placing orders with this company .
