I struggled to find the bath I wanted…
I struggled to find the bath I wanted on many sites we looked at most supplied the bath in 1500mm or 1700mm a few had 1800mm but the 1600mm we wanted wasn't available on lots of sites, but lucky enough we came across it on the bathshed website we had to pay £60 shipping but that was expected coming from Northern Ireland and to be fair the bath was well packed on a pallet with an upright timber structure, big shout to carrier driver also how was very helpful getting the bath on the pallet through the gate, 😃

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Avoid this company and opt for a reputable company instead. They don't care about customers when things go wrong (as a result of their incompetence) and trying to deal with them to resolve an issue is beyond painful, they try every trick in the book to avoid taking responsibility and do not have a fair approach. I was left hugely out of pocket and was extremely shocked and disgusted. Please don't make the same mistake. Spend your money elsewhere.

We are disappointed to read this review as it does not accurately reflect how this matter was handled.
The customer reported damage to the bath panel only — not the bath itself. We immediately accepted responsibility for this and issued a full refund for the panel without requesting its return. We also offered a priority replacement so the installation could proceed without delay.
The bath itself was delivered in good condition and was fully usable. The customer chose not to accept a replacement panel and instead purchased an alternative bath from another supplier, then requested to return our bath under our standard returns policy.
As clearly stated within our delivery and returns terms — which are agreed to at checkout — customers in England, Scotland and Wales arrange their own returns, and items must be returned safely and in a resellable condition to qualify for a refund.
The bath was returned using a standard parcel courier rather than an appropriate pallet service for large sanitaryware items. Unfortunately, it arrived back to our warehouse heavily damaged in transit. As the return shipment was organised independently by the customer, responsibility for transit damage lies with the returning courier, and we advised the customer to pursue a claim directly with them.
At every stage, our team responded promptly, provided clear options, refunded the damaged component immediately, and applied our policies consistently and fairly ( We have documentation to support this). We do not avoid responsibility where it is ours to take, but we also cannot accept liability for damage caused during a customer-arranged return.
We stand by the way this situation was managed and remain confident that our actions were reasonable, transparent, and in line with both our published policies and consumer law.

Impeccable Service
Bathshed got me out of a real predicament when I found I needed an 850mm wide bi-fold shower door for my ensuite. Nobody except Bathshed located in Cookstown, County Tyrone Northern Ireland was listing an 850mm option and I live on the mainland in Staffordshire. I rang Bathshed on Friday 6th February and spoke to a very friendly and efficient lady who explained that the door would have to be ordered specially and would arrive in their warehouse the following Wednesday and would be delivered two days later. I placed my order online, I received frequent updates and the shower door was delivered bang on time in perfect condition on a very secure pallet. It is now fitted and looks fantastic. Thank you Bathshed for your impeccable service.

Not worth the hassle
Please do not use these people for the following reasons-
They are based in Northern Ireland so every delivery and communication is delayed.
Wrong radiator delivered (which they blamed me for) even though They sent me an order confirmation with a photo of the one I wanted. After a lengthy conversation I was promised that it would be sorted the next week, old one picked up and new one delivered. After hearing nothing for a few days I decided to call them, I was then told they had changed their mind and I'd have to return it myself on a pallet at my cost. I'm now stuck with the wrong radiator or a big transport cost with no guarantee of a replacement or when I'd get a replacement. Trust me, it's not worth the hassle.

We’re sorry you feel dissatisfied, however this review contains several inaccuracies that need to be clarified.
The correct radiator was ordered and supplied. The product title and description clearly state the exact dimensions in multiple places. Unfortunately, the issue arose from a mix-up between length and width, not from an incorrect item being dispatched. The product image shown is a generic style image, used across multiple sizes, as is clearly standard in our listings.
The short delay in communication was due to the weekend, not a lack of response. At no point did we “change our mind” on resolving the matter. We advised that, in line with our published returns policy, customers in England must return goods to our Northern Ireland premises using their own courier where an ordering error has occurred.
Despite this being a customer ordering error, we had already offered to cover the outbound delivery cost of a replacement radiator as a goodwill gesture.
We always aim to be fair, transparent, and helpful, and we stand by both our product descriptions and our policies.
To avoid any future issues when ordering online, we strongly recommend carefully reading all product titles and descriptions before placing an order.

Generous customer service
Generous customer service.
Placed an order but the item had been discontinued so was promptly offered a refund. I managed to find the vanity in stock elsewhere but couldn’t source the matching handle.
After contacting BathShed to ask if they had the handles in stock they told me they didn’t but had something else that would work and would send it to me, free of charge.
Very kind and generous considering I didn’t spend a penny with this business in the end.

Bath arrived without the side panel
Bath arrived without the side panel. The driver rang and ran. In other words rang the doorbell and went before I got to delivery. Kindly left a note that said orders need to be checked before the driver leaves. That a £500 bath with half missing. The one sided acceptance criteria on the documents is NOT acceptable and against the law.

For your location, deliveries are completed by our external courier on a kerbside drop-off service, meaning the driver is only insured to deliver the pallet to the kerb or doorstep. However, the driver should not have left immediately without allowing you the opportunity to check the delivery, and we will be addressing this with the courier company to ensure it does not happen again.
Regarding the bath itself, we can confirm that the item you purchased does not include a side panel, as stated clearly on our website. Panels are sold separately. We understand this can be frustrating if the panel was expected, but the product listing does specify this to avoid confusion.

Leak proof shower enclosure
Ordered a leak proof shower enclosure with door. Came with waste which was a bonus. This is the second one of these I have installed. They are great.

I am very happy with the bath which was…
I am very happy with the bath which was quickly dispatched.
I was less happy with the delivery as I didn't receive a courtesy call to let me know when it was going to be delivered, and hence missed the delivery.
I heard no more from bathshed, but found the bath a few days later was in a depot in Carlisle.

Our records show the courier did attempt to make contact several times, but was unable to reach you, which may have caused the delay and depot hold. As outlined in our shipping policy, once your order leaves our warehouse, delivery communication is handled directly by the courier - we have no control over their scheduling or call attempts.
