We ordered 4 Radiators from Bathshed
We ordered 4 Radiators from Bathshed, but unfortunately only 1 arrived. We contacted Bathshed straight away and they rectified the problem immediately. We had the 3 remaining radiators delivered the next day. Probably a clerical or warehouse picking error. These things happen and Bathshed we brilliant sorting it out.

I live in Guernsey, so the pricing and delivery can be a challenge to some companies.
The team at Bathshed were able to provide me with a quote, without the VAT and arrange safe delivery.
All communication was excellent when dealing with queries about various products, nothing was too much trouble.

Hi there, your order was dispatched two working days after the order was placed. Any delay that has since occurred is due to the courier's Easter holiday schedule (which is out of our control).
Item arrived damaged
Item arrived damaged. Unwilling to replace. Stated prior to ordering there would be 20 mins to document damage. This did not happen, therefore they are unwilling to help. Shop elsewhere, better still, go into a store.
In Reply to the below, the courier was here for 4 minutes, no time to unpack and inspect. Despite suggesting to amicably resolve there was no engagement other than flat refusal.
Furthermore Distance selling regulations stipulate the consumer has 14 days to send goods back. seems like there are a lot of these type of reviews on Google. Suggest prospective customers also look there.

We take all reviews seriously and strive to address each concern promptly and fairly.
After observing your review and our records, we have flagged it as it does not accurately reflect a genuine experience with our store.
We regret to inform you that we cannot proceed with your request for a replacement or refund for the damages reported. Our store protocol requires customers to inspect goods upon delivery and report any damages within 24 hours. Unfortunately, the damages were reported nine days after the delivery date, which falls outside of this timeframe.
Furthermore, our couriers are advised to wait up to 20 minutes with customers to allow for a thorough inspection of the goods. However, it appears that this protocol was not followed in your case, as you signed for the goods in perfect condition with the courier.
We understand your frustration, but without following the proper procedures, we are unable to determine if the damages occurred during transit or afterwards. As a result, we must deny your request for a replacement or refund as you waited 9 days to inform us of any issue with your delivery.
If you would like to discuss this matter further or have any questions, please feel free to contact us directly. We are here to assist you and hope to resolve this issue amicably.
Update - The customer has been contacted by our team with a proposed solution to try and resolve this matter with a fair solution. No response from the customer.

Always sceptical of ordering online…
Always sceptical of ordering online without seeing the physical product, however when it comes to a saving of around a few hundred quid it was a no brainer. Ordered on Sunday and by Tuesday email confirmation that the order was ready for collection. Order collected and when we got home realised a slight issue with the valve colour. A quick online form completed and the next day Kaila from the company contacted me to arrange a replacement to be delivered to my house the next day, and full of apologies. I would have no hesitation on using Bathshed again. Highly recommended

950mm shower door.
Our order was processed rapidly and sent to ship. We were very pleased with this. The product which arrived was precisely what we ordered. It arrived within a few days of being shipped. It would be useful if the delivery company had contacted us at some point before calling me at work to say that they were at the front door! Room for improvement here.

My online order has not been processed for a week.
Things only started to move when I called them up and than find out that my order has not even been looked at.
Dissapointed as wasted my time it took nearly 2 weeks to arraive instead of 2 to 3 days.
