Was well informed on my order and even though at the time when I made the order the order was delayed due to some miscommunication on their side they still kept me informed and compensated me with a upgrade which they didn’t have to. I will be recommending this service to other people around me as they had great customer service and gave me accurate time frames when the unit will be back in stock and when it will arrive to me. This is what all companies should embody!

Great after sales service.
Delivery was prompt and well-packed.
Despite that, the couriers managed to smash the bathroom basin into shards.
A quick email with some pictures, and the guys dispatched a replacement that arrived the next day.
Things go wrong sometimes - it's how you deal with them that counts, and I couldn't have asked for a better response.

Great seller, purchased an item that arrived unfortunately damaged (possibly currier fault, unknown) but customer service was prompt, helpful and I was updated for every step. Product now looks great.

Trouble free transaction, quick dispatch and delivery
Had been worried about ordering after reading some feedback on ebay but there was absolutely no need. The unit was dispatched and delivered very quickly, communications were replied to pleasantly and most of all, the sink unit is amazing.

Prompt delivery, good communication, and great price
I ordered some items for a new bathroom. The delivery was very quick. Also, I had to contact their support for a minor issue. They responded promptly and helpfully and the issue was fully resolved. Everything was as advertised and expected. My review relates to order number 50395 placed on March 31st 2022.
