Not fit for purpose urinals
Ordered some off the shelf steel urinals - was assured they are a standard size. What arrived can only be described as micro urinals. The smallest most unfit for purpose urinals I’ve ever come across. Thousands of pounds down the drain and they won’t take them back. Avoid this company at all costs

We offer three different styles of wall-hung trough urinal, all with different dimensions. The model ordered was selected from our website, where its dimensions and full product details are clearly stated and illustrated. The order was also discussed with a member of our team by telephone before ordering where no mention of size requirement was made..
These are not “micro urinals”; this particular model has been supplied for many years without this issue. We also offer larger alternatives where greater projection or capacity is required.
Had you contacted us before installation to say that the size was unsuitable, we would have been happy to discuss returning the urinals or exchanging them for a larger model. Unfortunately, once the units had been installed, that option was no longer available.
We are sorry that the product has not met your expectations, but we do not believe it is fair to describe the urinals as “not fit for purpose” when the dimensions of the model purchased were provided prior to ordering.
