50 quid for delivery. Still only part delivered after 2 delivery attempts. Wasted a whole morning on site waiting for 2nd delivery which did not even show up! No call to say that were not coming. Don't even know where the missing parts are. Had to cancel bathroom fitter twice now. Decent product. Rubbish service. Look elsewhere.

Let's see if they amend their error...

I did have 1 reply, but after this no reply to 3 emails in 3 days. Never answers the phone.

I want to return the mediocre expensive product for a refund, will have to do a card charge-back.

I cannot rate this companies customer service highly enough. We had ordered a new bathroom suite for a property we are currently renovating. At all times we were kept up to date re delivery times etc. Despite not opening the boxes for several weeks after delivery, this company were happy to replace a cistern which had been broken in transit, no questions asked, and it arrived the day after we had contacted them. The items are lovely, good quality and excellent value for money.

Arrived well before expected delivery date. Good value for money. Would defiantly buy again from this site.

Prices great and service great. The company dealt with some problems with my order. No fault of theirs but of their logistic company and everything was put right immediately. Even getting a loo to me within 6 hours of my first contact with them to say it was damaged. Thank you Aileen. The best judge of any company is when things don't go right and they deserve the 5 stars for the way they handled the problems.

Products are good quality, delivered when stated. One product was missed off the order, I rang the company, spoke to someone after a few rings, they sent the item the next working day. Not fitted them yet but so far so good.
