Kept me up to date on ETA for my pre-order with very quick delivery once it was available. The parcel box was damaged quite badly - not sure how much of this is due to the packaging material and how much of it was due to courier handling issues. Great overall, would recommend.

Hi,
Thank you for the feedback and I'm glad you were happy with the level of communications.
I'm sorry to hear the parcel didn't make it to you in the best condition but seems like the packaging did it's job and kept the product safe? If you wanted to please send me some photos and I can have a look and see if there is anything more I can do to improve this.
Thanks,
Ben

Excellent and competitive alternative to the big name retailers.
To be honest, I only tried Bath TCG on a whim as all the big name retailers had sold out of the Pokémon box I was after. It was a good choice however.
I was very happy with the service and the communication I received throughout was excellent. You wouldn't get this from a larger company.
The prices were competitive and should I need any similar items again I will happily check stock here first. Excellent seller and cannot commend enough. Support smaller businesses.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service.
I bought some TCG sleeves which weren't in stock, BathTCG replaced these with a higher price version at no extra cost they then agreed to replace the lower quality sleeves with the better quality they had originally replaced the missing stock with, without charging anything additional for extra postage.

Hi Jay,
I did contact everyone about the mix up with the checklanes and can only apologise again for that.
Would you please contact me with regards to the packaging as this is the first I have heard about it and would like to understand what was poor about it so that I can see if there are any changes I need to make.
Thanks
Ben
