Ordered tyres through black circles, called garage (Andover branch) to arrange time slot for the next day. Arrived at my time slot to be told is have an hour wait, seems my booking wasn't made or maybe ignored. I returned an hour later handed them my key and my locking wheel nut which they broke on the first wheel. Was told this happens a lot it's not our fault and there's nothing they could do about it. Handed me over to the garage next door to deal with it, booked for them to fix at a cost of £125. I finally got my tyres done with no apologies or compensation. Seemed to be treated like an inconvenience the entire time, I'll never go back which I can only presume they'll be ok with.

Cheltenham branch not opened today 04th February . Appointment made to refit new tyres ordered. Other customer's also waiting. Depot shut - no customer call to apologise for wasting my time. Still waiting for tyres already paid for to be fitted!

These guys are great, saved me some money and made my Christmas. They need a raise and more praise. I will be returning.

Fast and efficient. Price was reasonable and customer service was excellent! Had an exhaust and clutch replacement, and cannot fault them at all! Highly would recommend to anyone, and will be returning if needed.

Had my wheels balanced on my T5, quick turn around at short notice!

My experience in the Bridgwater branch was fantastic, friendly staff, who know what they are doing, I had an issue with my wheel which they were unable to fix, but instead of just doing a kwikfit, they recommended a local tradesman and I got it fixed, they then fitted the new tyre. If you are considering going to somewhere like kwikfit, see if there is a local bathwick branch near by, trust me its well worth the switch! Amazing service.

I went to Formula One Autos for 14:30 booking and just sat for an hour listening to complaint after complaint and thought do I trust them with my car, nope. Called Bathwick and explained I just needed a puncture repaired and what I had experienced and Lee thankfully took pity on my circumstance and said he would squeeze me in if I didn't'y mind a small wait. Wasn't in there long and done! The staff are attentive, honest and the prices are very good. Don't waste your time, just go straight here. Thanks for a great service, not much of that around at the moment.

I have used Bathwick Bideford twice over the last few months to replace worn and damaged tyres. They are very helpful on the phone and I have been impressed by their down to earth, yet very professional customer service. All work done has been spot on and completed in good time. I am very happy with this Company so far and will be asking them to do my upcoming MOT.

Went here for a new tire. They mentioned that I should get my other tire replaced due to the condition. They advised whilst having my tires checked that I should get all my break discs replaced for £1000, I declined and had my MOT the next day. I passed with no advisory’s. I felt like they had taken advantage of the situation. I would NOT use this place if you wanted a reliable garage to help sort your car out. I would NOT recommend this place.

Went to have four tyres fitted. They opened late, made me wait to take deliveries then said because the manager was sick no one could access the computer to check if my tyres were in stock ( already checked the day before) and I would have to wait for an hour before they could do the fitting even though I was second in line?
Poor at best. Only one person can use a computer.... Really????

Brilliant service, could not fault the guys (and gal) at Bathwick Tyres Barnstaple. I felt like there was no attempt to con me in any way or upsell anything and I believe they had my best interest in mind at all times as well as other customers that I saw come in. Nothing was too much trouble and the staff had good banter. Will definitely be using them again.

Yesterday I required two new front tyres on my car and dropped it off at the tyre garage in Brislington, Bristol that I've been using consistently for the last 15 years. This time it was not good. I was told that the earliest I could be fitted in was 5hrs later which was not going to work for me. The customer service that had kept me coming back year after year was not there and I left the premises very disappointed. I decided to go round the corner and give Bathwick Tyres (Pro Tyre) a go as I needed tyres replaced quickly due to working as a Driving Instructor and getting back on the road as quickly as possible. From the outset my experience couldn't have been more different. Manager Dave got me into a bay straight away despite me coming off the street and not having an internet booking. He also showed me the tyre options available to fit my wheels as I wanted Kerb Protectors to protect my alloy wheels from getting scratched. His knowledge was comprehensive around grip and longevity and I was able to choose easily which brand I wanted. Assistant Manager Adam had my tyres off straight away and Technician Josh quickly attended to a puncture I'd also needed repairing in another tyre. Despite other cars they were working on they all rallied to the urgency at which I needed the work carried out and were polite and friendly throughout despite a full schedule of work for the day. Within an hour of pulling into Bathwick Tyres, Brislington I was back on the road with two new tyres a fixed puncture and reflecting on the huge contrast in customer service received between the two companies. Suffice to say I will no longer be going back the company I used to use so faithfully for so many years but will instead return to Dave and the team at Bathwick in the future. Thanks guys for all your help - you rock!

I visited the Westcott Place branch in Swindon. Tyre swiftly changed and two lovely ladies in reception who were really cheerful and friendly made the cost bearable! Thanks.

It's my local tyre shop. Arrived there at 8:30 this morning with the wheel from my wife's car - she'd hit a kerb avoiding a MAMIL last night, and the car was parked in an awkward position - Mercedes don't supply a spare wheel or jack it turns out. Explained this to the person at the desk, and within 20 minutes it had a new tyre and more importantly, the wife is happy. Can't fault the friendliness and service of the staff at Tetbury.

Recently had an MOT in Devizes they failed my car with a long list of concerns, couldn't do the repairs as part not available so was told to find someone that could and bring it back for retest. Found local independent garage that could take a look and quote they classed the list as extremely picky and could only find one fault to fail my mot on .... Wiper blades not the £2000 worth of repairs that they noted.

Car now has a new MOT and will be using my independent garage in future, I'm very grateful that the parts weren't available as unnecessary repairs would have been done and I would have been substantially out of pocket! Warning stay away do not trust them to do an honest job.

I went in for 2 rear tyres for the back but wanted the front tyres switched to the back and the newer ones on the front. Was then told they couldn't remove the locking wheel nuts so had to go on the back which was fair enough. After leaving the garage I noticed a knock that wasn't there previously. Took the car back in to be told that one of my wheels that they had put a new tyre on had developed a crack mere seconds after the new tyre was installed and that was the source of the noise. Drove away again with the spare tyre on and the knock was still present so took the car to my usual garage. So after being given 2 clear attempts to do their job properly and a chance to rectify their mistake after I told them about the knock. I recieved a phone call shortly after dropping the car off to be told never to take my car to bathwick tyres again as all the wheel nuts on all the wheels were only finger tight and the knock I was hearing was the wheel rocking sideways on the hub. On 2 separate occasions I was allowed to leave with my wheels barely hanging on. My usual garage also inspected my cracked wheel and informed me that the crack didn't appear to be from an impact but more likely a stress crack from the wheel rocking on the hub. So they either installed a new tyre on a very badly damaged wheel that would've been extremely difficult to miss or the wheel was damaged during the tyre change and they didn't want to accept responsibility so sent me on my way knowing the car was in a dangerous and unroadworthy state allowing me to take my 2 children, my wife and a friends child in the car for which the consequences couldve been dire! £2k for a new alloy, another £1k on new wheel studs and labour. Less than 2 months after this my 6 month old brake discs had warped and one of my new tyres had developed a bulge in the sidewall. Another £2k bill! After contacting their "customer care" team i was offered a refund for the tyre change but no attempt to rectify any additional costs incurred due to negligence on the garages part. Currently going through ombudsman before I file a civil case against pro tyre! After some looking on forums it seems I'm not the only one to recieve such service! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Great experience at Bathwick Tyres Taunton.
Have previously used them for replacement premium tyres and always found them competitive on price and competent on service.
Fitting tyres is by its nature both dirty and physical and in most instances people are working under pressure in not the best environments. So I try to be understanding and patient if there are delays which are not always caused by the guys on site e.g external deliveries or staff shortages on a given day.
I had a problem with a new tractor mower tyre where I couldn’t get the bead on one side to fit on the rim so in desperation I called into Bathwick in Taunton around 2pm on 5th July. It was extremely busy, I didn’t know if they would help and my expectations were low.
What a revelation! I should have got the name of the guy who attended reception who looked at the wheel/tyre. Said he wasn’t sure if they could fix it as it was really compressed in transit and said they would try. Within minutes he was back, job done and wouldn’t accept any payment. I was out within minutes and can’t praise them enough. What refreshing service and one certain to bring me back next time I need new tyres.
