When i first got the yasyas 16 Inch fat tire bike £400,I loved it apart from the boost not powerful enough to take you uphill,but when i finally managed to unlock the speed to 20mph it is perfect,yasyas wont tell you how to do this as its set to uk law but if you need help I can assist you

Poor customer service. Faulty bike and no real help to resolve. Best avoided. Buy another brand. So useless they then claim no order and give me excuses.

The bikes aint too bad but they dont last long and aftersales support is substandard and makes whole experienece one you want to avoid.

Bike arrived with some minor scratches , keys and tools were loose in the box, had a missing front fender and front the brake disk was distorted. To be fair to the sales team sent a replacement disk the next day which was an easy fix. They also gave me a refund for the price of a front fender.

Bike arrived on time and works perfectly.
Any information I needed yasyas were only a WhatsApp away.

Great communication. Bike send out via Royal Mail tracking. Arrived in 3 days. Bike working great so far.

Not had chance to test the bike as yet but Delivery was good, Packaging was good and all looks good with the bike. Will update in due course.

Ordered bike in the morning and it arrived at dinnertime the next day. Took longer to get out of the box than it did to put together. Only been out for a short ride due to bad weather but really pleased with it so far.

The bike arrived very fast without makeing me be impatient , also the staff has been very helpful to me with any question that i had , easy to assemble as well .

Outstanding ebike. I loved it

I grew fond of it soon as I saw its pic and the price! It only got better from there, my first test ride it looked amazing in person and all the top quality parts and components from name brands I knew my money was well spent. Though I’m new to cycling I had few popular branded bikes which only added to my injuries and discomfort along with couple if not few charges per day.
This bike instantly made me grow in confidence and not only did I get to my destination it took me from A-Z!! Literally the battery lasts v long.
The gps took me to all sorts of hills deep puddles canal routes and the bike handleed it v well and in full rain too assured me it’s a high quality product.
The many thoughtful features makes it really safe at all times night or day!!!
The bike can at a price unimaginable for such a good item others charge 5 times or more!!!!
I had a lil query for which not only did I find a quick number to speak about it had website and WhatsApp and dealt with me instantly5* service!!!!!

So far the customer service is shocking they have suggested that I have tampered with bike by removing some form of limiter but to get back to problem the bike first of all sparked when connecting to charge but only once to be honest but then my son is riding it it has 3 bars of battery and bike judders and power cuts off no screen no power no light bike has 80 kilometres on it and been in use for 3 weeks only help offer was for me to drive to Manchester some 4 hours away to take to the warehouse for them to look at it they did want what's app video of bike which I did just for them to say it's working yes it was but twisting handle on the side stand to show bike turn the back wheel is not test the bike has to be under load and putting load on battery and motor . Then they said has LCD screen got wet surely it's water proof but no only water resistant but they have now changed to water proof and said I could go and buy a new screen from somewhere there only £30 not right on a new bike be careful where you buy from that's all I can say now looking at going to small claims court my hand is being forced and when I said I would be sending a letter given them a chance to rectify the problem the accuse me of blackmail again have screen shots of all this I thought I would put that via WhatsApp and letter to give them ample time before I go ahead with any action

Very pleased. Amazing value for money. The three power settings simply allow the rider to ration the power available at the twist grip. Peddles work as does the assistance to the pedals. I would not want to peddle this further than my front door to the pavement but the rider doesn't need to, just twist and go. The front light is good and a rear light can be purchased from anywhere. The brakes are good and stop me well. The main frame will hold a magnet so I doubt its aluminium as the web site claims but the bike is very well built. I am 69years old and can carry this bike over my threshold into the house every evening. If you live in a bed sit and are under 50 it would be ideal. If you want a road legal scooter size mode of transport this is it!

I’m very disappointed with the quality and condition of the eBike I received.

The first eBike arrived completely damaged — it had multiple scratches, some broken parts, and the electric supply wasn’t working at all.
Although a replacement was sent, it also turned out to be poor quality — it got a puncture during a normal ride, which is unacceptable for a new product. ( I have videos and image as proof ).
Moreover, Shit Customer Service. (Products are totally different as shown in tiktok, )

Bike is great team are great to deal with had one small problem with something I could not figure out and they was very fast to respond and sort out my problem in no time

Quick delivery good discount. Good solid bike. But some cosmetic damage to paintwork and the battery was stuck due to a slightly bent frame. Some oil and brute force sorted it. Some scratches but livable with.

Purchased the little beast 14 after trawling through all the different minibikes out there and this really is next level. Build quality is excellent, needed no adjustments, only basic assembly, it's powerful and nippy tackling some large hills quite easily, range is really good, done 19 miles so far on a charge and that's with hills and some strong headwind! Still has plenty of power left in the battery. It's really comfortable to ride and easy to store which is a bonus. I normally ride a marin custom build and this bike really has surprised me in so many ways. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a very reasonably priced sturdy ebike, and delivery was really quick too with good after sales response time. Many thanks to you guys. Would definitely purchase another product from yasyas.

I recently purchased a Yasyas little beast electric bicycle and was extremely disappointed with its performance compared to the advertised claims. The company claims 60 KM per charge, but I'm only getting barely 25 KM in real-world use - that's less than 35% of what they advertise. Additionally, while they claim the battery charges in 3-4 hours, it actually takes more than 5 hours to fully charge.

These aren't minor discrepancies - they're major false advertising issues that significantly impact the bike's practicality. When the two most important specifications are this far off from reality, it raises serious questions about the company's honesty. I cannot recommend this product.

Great bike just what l wanted. slight damage in transport. Will hopefully last me a long time.x7.
