It is a gamble to know whether you get a good cleaner or not.
Unfortunately i noticed that mine would leave earlier than i paid for. When i complained i received platitudes as excuses.
For over 30€ an hour, i expected a much better service.

Chaque fois en retard et puis partir plus tôt en disant plus tard que si on se plaint que ce n'est pas propre, prétendre qu'on n'a pas eu assez de temps pour tout nettoyer... c'est Batmaid Luxembourg. Après nous nous sommes plaints la dernière fois que la femme de ménage n'avait rien nettoyé, et après avoir montré à la femme de ménage et attiré l'attention sur le fait que ce n'était pas propre, elle a seulement dit : "J'ai déjà nettoyé ici !" Ils nous accusent de mentir, même si nous leur avons envoyé des photos ! Ils n'ont pas voulu nous aider à ce moment-là, donc nous avons annulé notre contrat ! Ma femme a laissé un avis sur Google, 5 semaines plus tard, leur patronne nous téléphone pour nous proposer de venir nettoyer gratuitement en guise de réparation, mais seulement si ma femme supprime cet avis... jusqu'ici, tout va bien. La patronne nous a promis (pour la 5ème fois) qu'elle enverrait sa meilleure femme de ménage pour offrir un service complet. Maintenant, elle prétend que ce n'était pas le cas, qu'il n'a jamais été question d'un service complet mais seulement de 3 heures. Encore une fois, on m'accuse de mentir ! Une impolitesse sans précédent ! En plus, nous ne nous laisserons pas corrompre par vous, Madame la patronne de Batmaid !
Being late every time and then leaving early, only to later claim that there wasn't enough time to clean everything... that's Batmaid Luxembourg. After we complained last time that the cleaning lady hadn't done anything, and I showed her and pointed out that it wasn't clean, she just said, "I already cleaned there!" They're portraying us as liars, despite us sending them photos! They didn't want to help us at that point, so we terminated our contract! My wife left a review on Google, and 5 weeks later, their boss called us to offer free cleaning as an apology, but only if my wife would delete the review... so far so good. The boss promised us (for the 5th time) that she would send their best cleaning lady to provide a full service. Now she claims that wasn't the case, that it was never about a full service but only 3 hours. Once again, I'm being labeled a liar! An unparalleled cheekiness! Besides that, we won't allow ourselves to be bribed by you, Madam Boss of Batmaid!

I do not recommend Batmaid
The only thing that works to the perfection is the Batmaid digital platform.
Batmaid promises a "high-quality cleaning" and sent to my place an employee with very low standards of professionalism. Basics principles of cleaning were not even respected (removing objects before wiping any surface) to say the least. For the rest, it was an absolute joke which I won't even mention here. The service is not serious, I definitely do not recommend.
I phoned them to provide feedback, and they offered to send over a more suitable employee with a discount. Question being why didn't they send someone suitable in the first place?

Etant immobilisée suite à une opération, j’ai besoin d’aide pour effectuer mon ménage. Batmaid a répondu aussitôt à ma demande urgente. La Batmaid qui me décharge du ménage est bienveillante, efficace et professionnelle. Je suis très satisfaite de ses services. Je l’avais demandée une première fois en essai mais je continue à demander ses services chaque semaine maintenant .👍
