We deeply apologize for the inconvenience caused by the discrepancy in the battery specifications you ordered and the one you received. We understand that the battery you ordered was a 15V/45Wh AC, but you received a 10.8V/56Wh AC instead. Although these batteries are theoretically compatible, we recognize that your Medion Akoya E7420 laptop is unable to detect the battery, rendering it unusable for you.

We take this matter seriously and will investigate the cause of the issue. It could be a possible manufacturing error or a mistake in the fulfillment process. We will also review our quality control measures to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future.
