Batteryexpert Opiniones

Very helpful pre sales & very responsive after sales when Australia Post mistakenly returned goods to sender, but BE sorted it ... thank you.

Customer service very helpful, they responded to email query very quickly. My order arrived in a timely manner and was well packed.

Excellent service and huge range of batteries. I can now revitalise my old laptop running Linux with a brand new battery. Thank you.

Service was great and delivery prompt. Question I asked was answered promptly and professionally

Great delivery times. Customer support staff are extremely quick to respond to customer emails. Great service all-round. Will gladly deal with the company again

Customer Service Excellent, helped find correct Charger after ordering incorrectly. Was very fast in replying to all my emails and kept me informed.

I ordered a battery online and when I went to track it. Website said I didnt have an account and that I had to make one. Thought it was weird but made an account and then it tells me I dont have an order. I've emailed for support and yet no reply. The money has been taken from my bank and I will not be paying twice for one battery

They have a good choice of products, they are easy to deal with and have great service.

Easy ordering and great price! Thanks

Had the battery I was looking for, shipped and delivered promptly. Responsive e-mail support.

My wife's Dyson DC 31 battery died after several years of service. She loves the compact nature of this model so wanted a replacement battery. Although not at all tech savvy, she found the correct one on the BatteryExpert site. I was surprised that she had no trouble navigating the excellent site which was very user-friendly. The prices seem very reasonable too, specially compared to genuine Dyson batteries which are very expensive.
We ordered the battery and paid with PayPal, our preferred payment method for security reasons. The confirmation came immediately and we received updates and tracking information as to the progress. The BatteryExpert also sends to PO Boxes which we prefer due to unreliable couriers where we live on the outskirts of Sydney. We were delighted to find that the delivery came within 48 hours. Brilliant service and the product was exactly as described. There were clear warnings on the site about the voltage and fitting instructions which helps guard against ordering the wrong product. We have now 'saved' the BatteryExpert as our 'go to' battery supplier for future needs. We have three different Dyson vacuum cleaners and many other products that will at some stage need replacement batteries so we know where to go. Great service and product from the BatteryExperts.

Accidentally bought the wrong battery and charger, asked for my order to be cancelled when I realised and my request was processed immediately with very friendly customer service. Will definitely use this business again

I ordered a 2 in 1 Bluethooth transmitter. The service was great and the device works very well. Great Value.

Smooth and professional work with the team to resolve my issues

Fast, efficient and professional service. Product is first rate and good value for money.

Battery Expert was just very helpful and professional. Even asked for screenshots of my laptop make and model so as to get the facts right from the start of the conversation.

Good range and good prices. Simple to use interface. Goods arrived promptly.
