Great customer Service as thought my replacement battery wasn’t correct but it was.

super fast service, really competitive prices brought telephone batteries arrived super fast very happy

Great online experience.. Was sceptical at first as I had not used them. The item search is great, ordering easy, pricing excellent and the express shipping for me was next day. Happy customer..

Terrible experience with after-purchase service. I had a problem with the delivery service ARAMEX, and when I contact them they told me that Battery Expert could open a ticket on my behalf so I could get a refund of my undelivered parcel and Battery Experts are REFUSING to help me with that. So I give them the money they did their part in delivering but they do not care if I received it or not and are not doing anything about it. My first instinct was manly to get a refund so I could buy the product back with them, but I am never going to buy anything from a shop that not only made me lose my money but also wasted my time trying to solve this problem with the company that THEY chose to delivery my parcel.

Excellent customer service and great pricing

Good website. Had just what I needed. Ordered it on the 20th March and received it on the 23rd. Excellent Service. Product arrived quickly and in good condition.
Will use this company again.

I was very happy with the excellent service. My purchase arrived on time and as described. Communication with the seller was also very good.

Great value for money and quick response time to queries. Would purchase again

The website was easy to navigate, and my order arrived very fast.
When the order arrived it was damaged and opened. I took photos and sent them to Battery Expert.

Immediately, they sent out a replacement and ensure it was well packaged. Thank you! Great company.

Excellent communication and customer service

Fake website/company
Bought the products which never arrived even a dodgy Australia post delivery note was provided.
Don't deal with them as you will loose your money!
