Ich bin absolut begeistert von meinem ersten Wheel von BavarianSimTec,dem OmegaPRO v2.
Qualität, Haptik, Fahrgefühl und Design sind wirklich auf einem ganz anderen Level.

Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den spitzenmäßigen technischen Support.
Ich hatte ein Firmware Problem, das ich selbst verursacht habe, und anstatt das Lenkrad zurück zu schicken, wurde mir sehr schnell und unkompliziert geholfen. Alle nötigen Tools und das passende Update wurden mir zur Verfügung gestellt, und zusätzlich wurde ich telefonisch Schritt für Schritt unterstützt, bis alles wieder tadellos funktionierte. Ein herzliches Dankeschön geht an NAIL.

Ich kann BavarianSimTec und das OmegaPRO v2 schwerstens empfehlen – sowohl das Wheel als auch der Technische Support san a Traum!

Hallo, ich muss den Support bewerten, dieser war absolut super. Die Kommunikation mit Kolja von BST war einfach super. Ich wurde immer auf den laufenden gehalten.
Ich hatte Probleme mit mein Omega Pro V1 und musste es Schlussendlich einschicken. Sie haben das Wheel ohne eigne Kosten repariert und das Wheel einen kompletten Check unterzogen, sowie bewegliche Teile gefettet.
Allein der Support ist es wert, bei Upgrades auf BST zu setzen, die Hardware ist absolut hochwertig, schön anzusehen und Made in Germany.
BST, macht bitte weiter so, ihr seit Spitze.

I couldn't be happier with my experience with BST! My Alpha wheel arrived even earlier than expected, which was a great surprise. Their customer service is great. They’re very active on social media, always ready to help and answer questions (also shout out to all the others on Discord helping with questions. The quality of the Bavarian SimTec Alpha Wheel is outstanding and very solid, precise performance, and an overall premium feel. Highly recommended!

2022 bin ich auf der Simracing Expo in Nürnberg auf die Firma BavarianSimTec aufmerksam geworden, vor allem hat mich die Qualität der Hardware beeindruckt. Leider hatte BST zu diesem Zeitpunkt kein Wheel ohne Display im Programm.

Als das Alpha Wheel vorgestellt wurde, habe ich es direkt gekauft und bin mehr als zufrieden mit dem Wheel. Top Qualität und technisch sehr durchdacht umgesetzt. Auch der Kundensupport hat mich überzeugt. Bisher musste ich diesen einmal in Anspruch nehmen (Fehlerursache lag auf meiner Seite). Das Problem wurde schnell behoben und die Kommunikation mit BST hätte ich mir nicht besser vorstellen können :)

Die Qualität der Produkte ist erstklassig, und der Kundenservice lässt keine Wünsche offen. Man merkt sofort, dass Kundenzufriedenheit an erster Stelle steht.

Habe diverse Artikel bei BST gekauft und jedes einzelne davon hat eine herausragende Qualität. Dazu Top-Support per Mail und Discord. Mit Klaus hatte ich einen super netten Ansprechspartner, der mir immer behilflich gewesen ist. Wer Simracing-Zubehör sucht, sollte BST auf alle Fälle in Betracht ziehen.

Habe letztes Jahr ein Omega V1 bestellt und bis heute super happy damit. Support ebenfalls top. Kann ich nur empfehlen

Schlechte Qualität zum überteuerten Preis. Produkte ständig kaputt und muss ständig eingeschickt werden. Kommunikation mit dem Unternehmen ist eine Katastrophe. Nie wieder kaufe ich bei diesem Unternehmen. Besser auf etablierte Hersteller setzen!

I purchased the BST Alpha end of 2024 after I tried it at the ADAC Sim Racing Expo in Dortmund. I had it on my radar already before going there and already guessed that it would feel really comfortable from the first pictures I saw but when I had it in my hands I was blown away. It feels as if someone took a negative 3D form of my hands and molded the grips using that. Best on market. Period.
That alone would be reason enough for me to buy it but then BST on top of that also adds features like Adaptive BeamTec and the Multilink selector. No other wheel manufacturer is that innovative, while having that high quality whilst still calling very reasonable prices. And the family running the business is even very sympethatic and offer an awesome support. They truly live their passion to the max! I totally fell in love with BST and my next purchase most probably will be the DDU and the button box.

Nach dem Alpha kommt das Omega. Das Wheel sucht seines gleichen. Ein High-End Produkt das seinen Preis hat, jedoch jeden Euro zurückgibt. Für mich gibt es bei Lenkräder nur noch BavarianSimTec. Und der Support von Klaus und Kolja sind nach wie vor Benchmark. Stolz darauf, so ein Unternehmen in Bayern zu haben

I got the Alpha and Pit power maglock. The wheel is really spectacular, this is my 10’th wheel and finally I can say that I found the perfect grip(at least for me). The shifters is in a class of their own, very crisp and precise shifts. The beamtec is a cool feature, I personally don’t change abs and tc much unless it’s starting to rain, but the third encoder with the link to thumb encoder is perfect. Both the front and thumb encoders have perfect turning strength so you don’t miss anything, even with gloves. It has already become my main wheel. The PitPower maglock have an incredible strong magnet that holds your phone perfectly in place and it charges the phone really fast. This is an excellent company with amazing customer service and their products are really made with passion and have the highest quality. I was a little concerned that 295mm would be a little too small for GT3’s but this is just perfect and the grips are really amazingly made, with the 13* slope cut it’s just like it’s specially made for my hands. If you’re in the market for a high end steering wheel I would highly recommend to check out Bavarian Simtec, the price is also very good for a handmade wheel of this quality.

Customer Service A++++. Ordered a Control Center, received it, opened the box and Wow! This blows my PSP away! Anyway it came with wrong T-nut for the mount, contacted them (responded in less than 24 hrs.), they gave up to 10 euros to purchase the right T-nut here in the states I just had to send a reciept. I have never experienced cust. svc. like that!I can see an Alpha wheel in my future.

The guys at Bavarian Simtec have the Best Customer service ever,I got my Control Center yesterday, I tried to install it on my Rig, I over tighten the Control Arm and damaged one of the wheel nuts, I sent them an email explaining what have happened,they sent me a new one without any question🙏 that’s Customer Service at Best! Also they r active all day long every day on Discord! The best experience and the best company to work with,Ever😊

Aside from the beautiful aesthetics, outstanding build quality and sim racer focused functionality of the products Bavarian SimTec produce there is another aspect of this company that elevates into the upper echelons of this niche hobby, and that is their customer service. The level of support and service I have received from Klaus goes above and beyond what could reasonably be expected. I cannot recommend them highly enough and I can’t wait to see what they have up their sleeves for 2025 and beyond!

I purchased an Alpha wheel back in October and I've had sometime to thoroughly use it. The setup was easy enough and thru SimHub there are plenty of LED color options. I have found the button layout and rotary encoders to be easy to access in the heat of any race and also while in VR. BST's customer service has also been a pleasure to work with. I found this out firsthand as I had a damper pad on the back of the mag-shift lose its adhesion. I was contacted back on the matter and immediately sent out a replacement at no cost. If you're considering buying a wheel or dash from BST, you can't go wrong!
