Au delà du fait que le volant ALPHA propose le meilleur grip que j'ai pu testé jusque là, BavarianSimTec avait répondu à toutes mes demandes d'information et ce dans un délai de quelques heures, parfois même quelques minutes.

Ordered a product the 31st october, sent several mails never get a reply. Never received the product.
Unprofessional company

Bought the Alpha wheel, received it quickly.

Unfortunately had a random problem with a shifter (these things happen) and the team at BST were very responsive and manged to sort the situation out with great service, especially considering I am on the other side of the planet to them.

Now I have the wheel back and rate it very highly!

This was my first purchase and surely not the last. Wheel is simply A-M-A-Z-I-N-G, and their customer service is way ahead of their competitors.

Das Alpha wheel ist absolute Oberklasse - hier stimmt einfach alles. Von den Griffen bis zum Adaptive Beam Tec feature. Und dann kommt natürlich noch das tolle Kundenservice hinzu, welches ich vorher, so in dieser freundlichen und bemühten Form, noch nicht erlebt habe. Weiter so Jungs, ihr macht das Klasse!!

Das ist mein erstes Bavarian Lenkrad und bin begeistert vom Alpha Lenkrad.
Man brauch nur die Software zu installieren und wie ich das vorinstallierte Daniel Newman Racing Led Profile ( das ist für mich perfekt ) zu laden, und los geht es.
Ich bin mir sicher dass ich mit dem BST Alpha lange Freude haben werde, nachdem ich mein Ascher McLaren Lenkrad nach kurzer Zeit verkaufen musste weil die Ergonomie der Griffe absolut nicht gut für etwas grössere Hände ist, genau das war ursprünglich der Grund zum Wechsel zu dem Alpha Wheel.

Hier wird Kundensuport ganz groß geschrieben.

Die Lenkräder sind extrem hochwertig und innovativ.

Habe das Alpha an einer SC2 zu laufen und bin absolut begeistert von Handling und Verarbeitung des Wheels. Freundlicher Service der zügig an Anfragen reagiert.

Nach dem Kauf des "Alpha" habe ich mich dazu entschlossen, auf die Asetek Forte Wheelbase umzusteigen.
Auch hierfür gilt das gleiche wie für die eigenen Produkte:
Beratung, Kommunikation, Service sowie Lieferzeit waren top, absoluter Benchmark.
Bei Fragen bekommt man sofort eine Antwort.
Das ist in der heutigen Zeit alles andere als selbstverständlich.

What can I say - My Alpha wheel is simply magnificent - the most comfortable wheel I have owned.

Amazing craftsmanship, from an awesome company. Klaus was fantastic with a last minute change to the order and my wheel shipped very quickly.

I cannot praise this wheel enough; if you are looking at the wheel then think no more and simply PURCHASE.

Ich bin nun seit ca. 5 Jahren begeisterter Simracer und konnte im Laufe der Zeit schon ein wenig Erfahrung sammeln (unter anderem auch mit dem Omega ONE und PRO, welche ich zu meinen Lieblingslenkrädern zähle)... Kurz und knapp zusammengefasst ist auch bei diesem Wheel die Verarbeitung, Qualität, das Design und vor allem die Funktionalität erstklassig!!!

Hier kommt jeder Simracer auf seine Kosten. Je nach Einsatz und Sitzposition kann ich die Wheels von BavarianSimtec nur empfehlen, welcher ihrer Konkurrenz in NICHTS nach stehen (im Gegenteil).

PS Ich weiß nicht was ich besser finde die grandiosen Lenkräder oder den einzigartigen Support (von Familie Kaufmann)?!

Vom ersten Kontakt bis zur Bestellung war alles wirklich super. Der Bestellvorgang, der Support während und nach der Bestellung waren wirklich erstklassig. Ich habe ein Bundle bestehend aus einer Wheelbase und einem Omega Pro gekauft. Das Wheel ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail gebaut und unglaublich solide. Die Anordnung der Buttons und Drehschalter ist total ergonomisch und insgesamt hat das Omega Pro meine Sim-Racing-Erfahrung auf ein neues Level gehoben. Als besonderes "Schmankerl" kann ich das Lenkrad kabellos, bei voller Funktionalität, mit der Wheelbase verbinden - ein echter Komfortgewinn. Ich finde es zusätzlich nicht unwichtig, dass die Firma in Bayern produziert.
Ich fahre Iracing und und LMU und kann das Omega Pro Lenkrad jedem Sim-Racer absolut empfehlen.

Bin begeistert von BavarianSimtec, hab mittlerweile alle 3 Lenkräder. Das Alpha finde ich persönlich ist nahezu perfekt. Angeschlossen, Software installiert, alles läuft 👌.
Was aber auch erwähnt gehört und das ist eigentlich das wichtigste. Der Support ist erstklassig. Man bekommt in kürzester Zeit eine Antwort oder Hilfe angeboten.

From the very first moment that I came in contact with this brand, I felt that everything was well structured and well “oiled”: the discord forum is an excellent tool that the guys use to communicate with the fan base, potential customers can see in action how the guys from BavarianSimTec work with their customers: how friendly and quick in responding they are. Answering any questions, resolving hardware and software issues or obstacles and leaving their customers at all times with an answer or solution to their queries.

The shopping experience is very intuitive and user friendly. The products are well photographed and depicted in the webstore with succinct and valuable information about its products’ variants, components, functions and outputs.

The product itself is of superb quality. The Omega PRO that I’ve purchased is of supreme quality. From the grips to the rotaries, the display screen and how all of these things layer on top of each other to create this masterpiece is a demonstration of commitment and dedication to put in the market one of the best wheels that I’ve came in contact with. The craftsmanship is amazing and to me, one of the best priced sim racing steering wheels that are presently in the market, compared to it’s competitors. The quality is there and the price is far better.

Upon purchase, the follow up process was simple and fluid. The guys kept me updated on the development every time I asked and once I received the steering wheel and was amazed with how well packaged it was. Super sturdy foam to protect the wheel and super snug so it doesn’t move at all while in transit.

After my purchase, the support has been seamless with the same unwavering quality and will to help as from when I was a potential customer.

Bravo to a family business of only two people that design and build such a high standard product in the heart of Bavaria.

Simply the best simracing steering wheels on the market. The love for details is astonishing and they always go the long route to deliver the best possible simracing experience for their customers.
Especially their effort put into the ergonomics of the wheels is just in a league of its own - the only manufacturer who truly puts thought into the design and shape of the grips. 3 hour stints and more did not cause any pain or fatigue in my hands.
I own all three of their wheels and cant imagine buying a wheel from a different manufacturer anymore.

I have owned ALL of the Bavarian Simtec wheels, their products are great, the craftsmanship is amazing and the customer service is BEST in the Business. I can highly recommend them to anyone and everyone. As a content reviewer and streamer, these are some of the best quality products on the market.
