Transit damage, no refund
I used to order pistachios regularly in this website, however during my last purchase, one of the pack of 1.3 KG of pistachios came opened.
When I asked their customer service, they told me that pistachios are quite dry and are consumable even if it came opened because of transit. They did not offer any refund for this issue.

Ordered from this company some days ago there website guaranteed next delivery but still still waiting i should have read there reviews on trustpilot first before I ordered no doubt they will blame Evri like they have on numerous occasions so it begs the question why do they continue to use them ?

Delicious kimchi
Ordered Sunday at 10pm, delivered Tuesday morning. Very pleased. And the kimchi is absolutely delicious- I can’t stop eating it - I will definitely order again.

Evri took 4 days to deliver perishable food
The product is great. Unfortunately they used the discredited Evri delivery service which predictably took 4 days to make a 24 hour delivery of refrigerated perishable food.
