It still has not arrived

Ik heb al een paar keer gemaild naar hun en nog steeds geen reactie. Ik kreeg mijn bestelling met 1 ding te kort. De week later was er gewoon geld van mijn rekening dat via hun was gegeaan! Heb mijn kaardt moeten blokkeren. Bellen heeft geen nut want spreken geen Nederlands of Engels.

⛔️DO NOT ORDER! ⚠️ Plaats geen bestellingen bij deze bedrijf Batza! Ze bestelen je! Zonder dat het duidelijk wordt aangegeven, zit je na een bestelling vast aan een maandelijks lidmaatschap van €14,95. Ik vind dit zeer onethisch en misleidend voor consumenten! Het vinkje is nauwelijks zichtbaar tijdens de checkout. Ik raad iedereen aan hier niet te kopen als je niet onnodig geld wilt verliezen. Je koopt het elders goedkoper!

Zonder dat je het beseft , wordt er een lidmaatschap van 14,95€ per maand aangerekend . Pas na enkele maanden ontdekte ik dit per toeval . Het lidmaatschap wordt op slinkse wijze pas 14 dagen na aankoop van het product aangerekend en gecrediteerd, en dan maandelijks aangerekend

Jag fick ett medlemskap som jag vill avsluta men ni svarar inte.

I feel exactly the same as another customer!; As many other people have written DO NOT buy from this company. I definitely did not see anything about signing up for a membership/subscription scheme but suddenly £9.95 per month was charged to my credit card, against my wishes. I have emailed them to ask for a refund but am not hopeful that I will receive one. They are clearly tricking many customers into falling into their trap and making a lot of money out of it. I don't often write reviews but I am so angry about this that I just had to add my name to the long list of furious customers.

Poor customer services, communication very poor,
Bazta operate a membership scheme which they AUTOMATICALLY enrol you into, £9.95 per month!!!

I cancelled both my order and this enrolment within 4hours after reading reviews on Trustpilot.

Customer services have totally ignored my request to cancel the order and have sent out the order regardless of my cancellation.

YOU HAVE BEDN WARNED!!!

Har inte fått någon vara ännu därför bara en stjärna

Was making one purchase but without my knowledge signed up for a membership. And paid for 3 months before noticing the transactions on my bank account. There is no additional emails or explicit communication about membership activation, only standard order confirmation.

My parcel still hasnt turned up a week later also no answer who its coming with no tracking awful site

They don't reply and didn't allow me to cancel my order with mistake in delivery address

Billigt, snabb och säker leverans, de hade säkerhetstejpat produkterna i locken noggrant så inget skulle läcka. Uppskattas!
