BBD Bikes Ltd Opiniones

Fantastic service, picked up free of charge on the same day I messaged. Returned two days later all in great working order. Amazing pricing and overall a great service, I’d highly recommend!

I contacted Mike to service my bike. He collected it 6:30pm Friday and returned it fully serviced 2:30pm the next day. He also spent time going over a few things and making a couple of recommendations to help me maintain the bike myself. Highly recommend and will definitely be using BBD Bikes again.

Very quick turn around, high quality of work undertaken, very reasonable price.

Made an enquiry with Mike regards a mechanical issue. Bike was uplifted the next day and soon received a call stating what the problems were and what options I had.
Fixed by the next day.
Absolutely brilliant service and never thought about my Blue Light membership which Mike applied to a more than reasonable bill.

This is my first experience of BBD bikes, and it won’t be my last! Mike is friendly, helpful, skilled and professional. Collection and delivery is all part of the service, and Mike came to collect my bike on the same day as I contacted him. After assessing the work needed, he sent details and an estimate of the cost. As the work progressed, he kept me fully updated. On completion, Mike delivered the bike to me, and went over it with me to describe what he had done. This was followed by written confirmation, a full report of work carried out, and future maintenance recommendations. The bike has been superbly repaired, serviced, and presented. The price was exactly as estimated and, considering the amount and standard of work carried out, was very reasonable. The bike was a birthday gift for my grandson’s 12th birthday, and he is delighted.
I cannot recommend Mike and BBD bikes highly enough.
